Some rooms are good and spacious. Staff is good.

no electric kettle or refrigerator. Also the first room given to me was very small not matching with what I booked at booking.com. 2nd day I requested a staff member and he changed my room.

The room is okay. It was clean and good as in the picture. Very comfortable stay for single and couples.

Communication with the staff was bit difficult.

The staff's commitment to not apologizing was impressively consistent. A masterclass in indifference.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel has completely redefined what a terrible stay looks like. First, the key card situation was a joke. It worked once and then failed every single time after that. I had to walk down to reception every time just to get a new one. It was like playing roulette with a key card that self-destructed after one use — beyond frustrating. But the worst part? At 10:45 AM — 15 minutes before checkout — a cleaner walked right into my room without knocking while I was completely naked. I immediately called the front desk,10:55AM at this point, and their response? “Checkout is at 11.” As if that somehow justifies walking into an occupied room before the checkout time. Where’s the logic in that? Even worse, they claimed the cleaner did knock, which was a flat-out lie. I asked them to check the security camera footage to verify what happened, and they conveniently refused. To make matters worse, neither the receptionist nor the cleaner offered even a hint of an apology. Nothing. I asked to speak with a supervisor — only to be told there was no supervisor on site, and that the only way to contact one was via email. Completely unprofessional. Between the broken door cards, the blatant invasion of privacy, the dismissive attitude, and the lack of accountability from staff, this stay was a disaster from start to finish. I’ve stayed in hostels with better service and basic respect for guests' privacy. Avoid this place at all costs — especially if you expect working room keys and the right to not be walked in on naked before checkout.

    Convenient location

Receptionist tried to charge EUR 150 instead of 145 as agreed with booking.com. Pretended that booking.com had not updated its prices

Reasonable location. Not far from RER station. However, the owner sent us to the closest metro station, that was about 15 min very complicated walk. Check your location on Google maps

Breakfast was awful 😖 First day, the owner apologised that nothing was ready and promised to organise on the second morning. However, on the second one, there was no milk, no bread left! Do not waist your money- never book breakfast with them! The sink in the bathroom kept erupting foam staff (guess that is what they used to clean it) The lift was not working

Hakim was the receptionist when I arrived, I can't thank him enough, he's very kind and helpful, my room was a very big, comfy double bed and big bathroom.

The property is very old, and the room doesn't have a refrigerator, kettle or cups, the towel they put is not enough and the chairs, the floor is like you don't want to be there, I just use the room for sleep, the pillows were not standard and I have still neck pain, my room was next to the elevator and I couldn't sleep for the noise of elevator and I could completely hear the next room conversations and mobile ring!!!

Booked a room for 2 adults and a child. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful on check in, as was the Night guards. Baggage store is offered although we didn't use the offer as it would have meant traversing across the city to get our bags. The internet seemed strong enough and Aircon worked well and the bathroom was roomy. Close to transport links.

The room was extremely small, it may have been ok for a double but a single bed crammed into the space made it difficult to do anything, (for sleeping it was ok) without tripping over each other. The windows are single glazed so there is a lot of traffic noise and sounds from neighbouring rooms also making it hard to sleep. For awareness no food allowed in the room or face a €40 fee. Despite it being Paris, the price wasn't reflective of the facilities) /room

    The rooms were really clean

The rooms were rather small and needed some paint. The shower door was broken and we had to keep asking for toilet paper since every day they would give a half used roll...ridiculous Reception staff were pretty rude.
