Accomodation is at a really good location near the Eiffel Tower and also affordable. Our host and his friend that greeted us were both super nice people and we had some great conversations with them. Definitely would recommend to choose to stay here when going to Paris.

The property was safe and secure located on the 2nd floor. It was close to all the main attractions, just a few mins on the no 82 bus ! Super friendly host, very relaxed apartment, clean and tidy room and an amazing shower ! Thank you .

The Location is great with metro lines really close going to many destinations, Thierry was very welcoming, offering us cold drinks on arrival, it was an extremely hot day! Thierry was very informative in giving us information on places we planned to visit & suggesting other places we had not thought of. The room was spacious & comfortable, a separate shared bathroom was always spotlessly clean with fresh towels available if needed. A separate shared toilet room small but adequate. The shared kitchen area is well equipped.

Fantastic location, The bedroom was clean and tidy with a view on a quiet garden. Only 20 mn walk to the Eiffel Tower, 10 mn from Gare Montparnasse, and close to metro cafes, bakeries, and much more . Friendly Hosts, Thierry was very helpful with any questions we had and gave us a list of places of interest, which was very helpful !

It is good to keep in mind that this is just a room and there may be other guests during your stay. This was not an issue for us at all, but if you wanted something more private, I would recommend getting a hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like

We absolutely liked the property for its great location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed and a comfortable bed of course. There was a separate private room just for us, while the hosts lived in the same apartment, which made it feel so homely. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we had great conversations and they even offered us coffee in the morning, which was really a lovely touch!

Last week, my friend and I went to Paris to sort out some documents at the Ukrainian embassy and we decided to combine business with pleasure, staying for a few days to explore the city more thoroughly. Our goal was to find a place to stay for a few days near the embassy, as we needed to be there early Monday morning. We were lucky to find an apartment in the heart of the city, in the very cozy, safe, and quiet le 6e arrondissement de Paris. All the major attractions were within walking distance, and we barely used the metro. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the Louvre at a leisurely pace. Even a little rain couldn’t spoil the walk, as Paris truly feels like an open-air museum. The apartment had all the necessary things, it was warm and clean, and Parveen was very responsive and eager to help with any requests. He communicated with us like old friends and gave us great recommendations for exploring Paris. We felt like we were at home. The owners were also very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than 3PM on Friday, as our train from the south of France arrived earlier, and we didn’t want to wander around with our luggage. On Monday, when we had business at our country's embassy, they kindly allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours, as our train schedule was different from the check-out time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to meet Thierry, but we had a lovely time with his partner Parveen, discussing many interesting topics. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and keep it in mind for my future trips to Paris! Thank you for your hospitality! :)

Nothing negative but just be aware that the room is actually the bedroom in their 1 bed apartment so I assume they sleep on a sofa bed? The room itself is private but you are sharing the apartment with the two hosts.

Great location ideal for walking to many central attractions. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with a lovely garden view. The two guys hosting were really lovely and helpful.

Apartment felt a little crowded.

The room was as in all the photos, we were in the one without a cupboard so there was no room to hang anything, even no hooks to hang a towel on. The host was very kind and friendly and was there in the apartment all the time. He even loaned us an umbrella for the rainy weather.

In general if you like just a bed space, it’s a little okay at the expense of sacrificing comfort and privacy.. the wardrobes were full of clothes already.. those of owner may be… the kitchen fridge was full, no to very little space. It is a cheaper a little private bed space.

This room comes with the host. He sleeps on a bed in a room that you have to walk through to get to the toilet and kitchen. I didn't stay there overnight.

Cleanliness, or lack there of for shared facilities reminded me of I presume couch surfing, or hostels are like. It was a huge oversight that I realize very late that the facilities are shared and unfortunately, there was a fair amount of hair from other guest during the stay.

The location is nowhere near the Eiffel Tower as the name suggest however the location is very close to the metro station and easy to walk to some bakeries, restaurants, and shops.
