The restaurant was quite cold as a result of one or two people going in and out to smoke on a patio. The outside of the property looks a little tired whilst the interior is beautifully decorated and very stylish.

The staff were all very friendly, professional and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed a very nice cocktail in the bar and delicious meal in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.

Having stayed before we knew that the restaurant is closed on a Sunday night, so on booking we checked that the restaurant was open on the Saturday night we were staying. We were assured it was, but they then neglected to stay that the restaurant was almost totally booked out for a conference - we were lucky to get a table!

Lovely bar area, very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. The restaurant menu and food was amazing, we were so impressed with our evening meal, we had 3 courses and considered every course to be superb. Breakfast was also a nice selection.

The restaurant is not as good as the hotel should have. Food is ok but there are no menus so it’s all done with QR codes. The website is poor so you can’t choose as easily as one would want.

We have stayed here several times as it’s very well placed by motorway.

Despite the friendliness of all the staff encountered, the guy working at the bar during my stay was quite unwelcoming. The service at the bar was poor (inside bar and outside pool bar). That’s the only thing to be improved.

The hotel is a little oasis just outside the highway. Ideal for a quick stop while crossing France. The bed is comfortable and the staff is mainly exquisitely friendly. The man that works at the reception and as security was very kind and welcoming.

Bus stops at 9pm so getting back from Lyon is difficult and costly in taxis. Hotel got us a taxi to go to the local golf club and it cost €25 euros to go 1.5 miles!

Lovely hotel but very little atmosphere. Very few staff which seems to be the case with most hotels now.

Swimming pool was good. Excellent meal in the restaurant in the evening.

The bed was the worst bed we have slept in for years. It was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle which we kept rolling into.

Unfortunately, ours was a bigger event with numerous (noisy) guests. The rainy day contributed to the fact that all the guests were in the indoor restaurant. The open door to the bar outside was very uncomfortable for us, as there was a draught and people were constantly running in and out. The bathroom should be cleaner.

The hotel is well located near the motorway and is very good for transit. The charging facility for e-cars is a plus for the hotel. The room was a good size and the staff is friendly and the restaurant (must be reserved), is good.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel is because it has a restaurant that was well rated and we wouldn't have to leave the hotel after a long day of driving. We were disappointed to receive a message after making our booking that the restaurant would be closed the night of our stay.

Good location if you are looking for somewhere close to the highway. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. The pool area is great and the pool was very refreshing.

Dirty carpets in rooms, stairway, hall way. Friends toilet didn’t flush and staff sighed when rang to tell them about the problem. Coffee was disappointing.

Passing through, location was good. Lovely pillows. Large selection for breakfast.
