Location opposite ski lift was great. The apartment had a beautiful view over the valley, and the pool and steam room were wonderful, but disappointed that the sauna was not working . As it was the last week of the season, it was also relatively quiet, which we enjoyed

Cleanliness, the oven was very dirty with ground in burnt food, dirty waste bins, general cleanliness was very poor. Yet, you’re expected to follow the extended cleaning list on departure. Be prepared to take or buy your cleaning materials while there. A lot of maintenance is needed in the communal areas, pool ceiling, sauna, reception etc.

It is an old building with old facilities. Lift would take ages to arrive, WiFi is close to non-existant (you can send a message but can't hold a video call)

Staff was super helpful and were always available when we needed. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Location is superb!

Cleaning poor, cigarettes and crumbles on outdoor table. Full of dust under every furniture.

Close to lift, great size of apartment. Plus with a real size owen adn proper fridge

No very impressed with the pool. Sauna and steam room were not working as far as l could tell and the showers were cold; not what you want after getting out of pool when the water in that was not very warm either; that didn't bother me but l did expect at least a warm shower. Fine in the summer but not when it's cold. Assumed one cold shower could have been for use with the sauna, but not all of them! Also didn't open till 10.30 in the morning, so didn't really have time for a swim then get back to the room for a hot shower before vacating the room at 11.00am.

Good location and parking was good. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Able to leave our bag in a secure room till check in. Good kitchen facilities. Need to bring your own washing up liquid, sponge, dishcloth, tea towel and bathroom toiletries. Small soap, toilet paper and towels provided. Heating worked well.

The apartment is very basic. The sofa is not relaxing, beds are ok. You have to clean the place yourself and strip the beds when you leave, I think that is typical is France but not something I am a fan of when on holiday and not something we would normally have to do.

The location is amazing. It is right by the cable car. The facilities are great too. My kids loved the pool and I liked the steam room. The kitchen is well equipped with good toaster, kettle, microwave etc.

There weren't much in the way of stuff for cleaning in the apartment. There wasn't even a dish cloth.

Wifi was not available despite being given password. It didn’t work in public or private areas. Same for everyone who stayed there.

At the first night, we found out that the bathtub wasn't cleaned properly. It was really disgusting. However, I sent a message to the property that night, then they sent us a cleaner next morning. So I appreciated a lot. Anyone can make mistake, so I am sure this won't happen again!

we have stayed in this building a couple of times before. The location is great, right in front of Telecabin. We had a beautiful mountain view too this time.

We have been coming here for several years, because for a family it’s comfortable and ideally located. This year the overall cleanliness was not great. Dust everywhere and the sofa smelled bad. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated and could use a renewal. Also we didn’t receive the welcome package as we always did before (with a cleaning kit, toilet paper etc.), a small gesture, but still convenient to have during your stay. Sauna didn’t work which was disappointing.

WIFI in the room was poor

Great location right in the centre of town. Easy parking and free. We had asked for a room with a balcony and I was glad - the views are amazing. The one bed apartment felt huge and was very well equipped. The pool area is great too. Very good value for money.

There was no soap to clean dishes or to use for the dishwasher. Also not enough toilet paper and the dishwasher did not work.

Lighting in Lounge/Kitchen. Safety bar/handle in/out of bath. Not enough worktop space in kitchen. We are in our 70’s so we understand you catering for the sporty visitor. Wifi needs a booster but expect thats due to location which was in fact Spectacular!

No WiFi. When asked if it was going to be repaired, the lady at the reception just said “WIFI is a free service that we provide you. You can’t expect to be delivered for sure or get any compensation if not working.”

Scaffolding around room and workman outside window from 7.45am. Stayed for three weeks and didn’t get clean towels or bedding. Dishwasher/tap in kitchen broken and not fixed when reception informed. WIFI was almost non existent. Hotel felt tired and needs updating.

Location of our accommodation was very central, reception staff were very knowledgeable with excellent English. Pool and sauna was enjoyable after a days skiing

Wifi not working, a real frustration. The floor could have been a little bit cleaner. The apt lighting could be a bit stronger for reading.

Location: Proximity to the Telecabin, proximity to shops and restaurants. Indoor Parking. The Pool and Sauna, which were nice and warm and clean. Comfort of the appartment for 4 people, as we were 2. Kitchen equipment. Great Hot shower.

(1) Stupid flymsy plyglass dividers at reception desk. (Other reception desk in same building had none). Receptionist almost fainted when I put wallet on desk and divider moved 1 cm. Let's get rid of the useless covid theatre. (2) Pillows are the most uncomfortable ever experienced. Bring your own. (3) Wifi doesn't work. (4) One lift is totally inadequate for hotel at busy periods.

Hotel is warm and has good views. Hot water was very hot. Vert close to chair lift.
