    The facility is very responsive

When we arrived, there is pee on the floor next to the toilet bowl, I have to clean it up myself.

Very spacious apartment with adequate hob and spacious fridge. A good sized living room area (with table) where you could have your own meals. There was a shared washing machine near reception which is ideal for travelers like us that are interrailing around Europe.

The apartment is designed for extra people to stay on a sofa bed (in the living room area); however there isn't a separate ac unit to cover this room - the only ac unit is in the bedroom.

We didn't get the apartment we booked. The one we got was nice but a little further out. The problem was that there was no wifi and no hairdryer, which were included in the original one. We asked the owner for a hairdryer in the following days, without much success...

    Quiet and comfortable

Small shower cubicle. Dark coloured bed sheets. Need to be hotel white to show cleanliness.

    Location was close to centre.

Parking card was not working. Nobody solve the problem. I paid for both parking and the hotel parking. A total of €140 to park my car for three nights, even though I made a reservation weeks in advance.

The apartment was large and had three large rooms, when I was expecting a studio. The room consisted of a living room, kitchen and bedroom. There was plenty of utensils to use for cooking. Easy checkin as was given code to access keys and was able to pay city tax the following day.

The flat was outdated, and some of the plates/ dishes were unclean. The bed in the living room was comfy however there was too much noise to be able to sleep and the bed in the bedroom although quiet was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the apartment doors are very close to each other so when people are accessing there apartments it sounds like someone is coming in.

This property was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The location was excellent, being 2min from the Rome Dragon tram stop, that was very good for getting into Vieux Port

Watch out. Cuidado! Misleading accommodation. Esta propiedad es una mentira y un peligro. Please Read what I didn't like. Por favor usar traductor y leer lo que está mal. Dodgy area. Close to main areas to see. Good Moroccan restaurant just metres away.

WARNING STAY AWAY. This is the type of accommodation which disregards all safety and comfort of travellers in order to simply take their money. These are ONLY one bed room s#itty VERY old apartments. Having been charged for 4 adults, we arrived on a Saturday night at 10:30pm, only to find a 3m X 5m apartment. Three average size suitcases barely fit in the narrow corridor. It is either the people or the suitcases. We were forced to move the dining table into a corner and have one person sleep on the lounge room floor and the other one on some sort of cheap sofa bed. The mattress protectors were filthy with possibly blood or other body fluid marks. But as it was so late at night and tired of travel on that day we had no choice. We turned the mattresses upside down and put up with it. This is after squatting and having to sweep the floor first. The next morning we realised above our heads while having breakfast was a massive water boiler, yes just there in the lounge room. Is this even legal? If boiling water leaks on people who is responsible? Watch out with light switches! The cabling seems to be out of date and they short circuit the lights. When trying to turn lights on and off you can hear the sizzling going behind the light switch! There was no smoke alarm in a building that is probably more than one hundred years old. The bathroom was extremely small but it was probably the only acceptable room. However, good luck with getting in and out of the shower as the doors are jammed and don't slide and the gap in between is about 50cm wide, so you better not be too big or you will get stuck. Seriously. The main bedroom belongs more to a brothel with it's 70's decor and built-in bed with it's mirror symbol above the head. Watch out if it is above 20C outside because this place boils! The air con appears to work in the bedroom but it does not actually cool down, so it may look ok and blow air, but it doesn't lower the air temperature so watch out.

Very convenient location, just a nice walk to the Port and City Center, in a quiet neighborhood. The lady who was in charge of housekeeping was very cooperative and very kind, despite the language barrier. Apartment slightly “spartan” but clean and equipped. Washer and dryer (for a fee) also available, and parking (also for a fee) in a very convenient underground parking garage close to the apartment.

The only, very slight flaw: the coffee maker present in the kitchen was not working.

Good location, close to many tourists spots like the Old Port, cathedral or basilica. Also not so far from the railway station (about 20 minutes on foot). Small but useful kitchen with toaster, fridge and microwave. Air conditioning. Two beds actually, with one fold out sofa and one double bed. Elevator in the building.

    Property response:

    Thanks monica

The room was cool and dark, which was amazing in the 35oC Marseille heat. It was basic but had everything we needed.

Was not used to paying with Paypal but was ok once I set it up.
