Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomBuilding as a whole a bit tired, run down in areas and in need of uplift. accommodation is very small for the price. barely fit in the toilet. ski lockers poorly designed on layout. Very disappointed with Pierre Vacances not responding to me regarding tourist tax, which i believe I have been overcharged. no response through booking.com or their main website contact. some staff also inexperienced in organising keys for apt and parking.
Balcony was good over looking the slopes and in the sun. ski in ski out restaurants and groceries accessible

IrelandThe location is excellent that can't be faulted however the rooms might suit kids but not if it's free would I put 5 lads into it again 1 of the rooms is a box room with a bunk bed 2nd room is living room come kitchen and folds out into another bed That bed was supposed to be comfortable enough It would all be tolerable if you were on a budget & it was evenen cleaned but they will not clean your kitchen area or take away rubbish for you We paid the €75 to get the place cleaned twice & they just dropped towels and barely swept the floor When we got back they wanted €100 for a room key because we left our room keys inside or wait 50 mins while we were after skiing all day for someone to arrive but then magically when I got annoyed at the receptionist she found some to do it I don't want to turn away a family on a budget because it's a super location for kids and kids would be ideal in the small room But 3 adults are not suitable in the small room The hotel could be a much better experience very simply by offering a decent cleaning service even if its an additional cost when you arrive Remove the charge for storing your bags while the rooms not ready it's ridiculous can't remember how much €7\8 it's petty and sets a bad vibe straight away we arrived at 4 or 4.30pm so it's not like we arrived and waited all day

TurkeyThe hotel is old and very poorly maintained. The rooms are small and not in cozy way. You only get one toilet paper roll, you have to buy if you need more.... You have to make your own beds. If you are over 180 cm your knees will touch the door when you're sitting on the toilet. Bathroom is a joke. All and all the place is pretty terrible.
It's close to pistes.

United KingdomI knew we were getting no frills , the bonus was the accessibility to the slope and my daughter having her own room whilst I took the sofa bed. having an on site ski shop and supermarket was brilliant, some great restaurants just around the corner too. for a cheap stay, you can’t go wrong at all!

United KingdomSlightly small, thankfully only 4 of us in a 5 bed apartment but still a lack of space . Toilet is separate to the bathroom and it’s ridiculously cramped. Have to pay an extra €13 to use the spa which isn’t mentioned anywhere but worth it.
Excellent location and great price. Ski in ski out and supermarket in same complex.

BelgiumOn the website it was mentioned that there was a luggage room, at the arrival this was confirmed. This was ideal as we wanted to ski the last day. However, when we checked out there was out of a sudden no luggage room anymore. First we were send of to the center of the city with our luggage and skis., after some discussions we achieved to do a late check-out for 30€ extra cost. We even heard an employee saying he didn't care at all about our luggage and that it was our problem. Horrible costumer service.
The room was okay, the location was great and the apartment was clean.

FranceI have to say, staffs at the reception have made our staying VERY VERY unpleasant, they aren't not well trained at all : 1. I called the day before arrival to ask where we can park the car, the receptionist said that Pierre Vacances provides paid parking lot for 15e a day so 30e for our weekend. Upon arrival, another receptionist confirmed the same information: 30e for 2 days. However, when we checked out on Sunday morning and expect to leave the car in the parking lot until our departure in the afternoon, the chef of reception said quite rudely : no you cant, what you paid for the parking is per night not per day, if you want to stay the whole day today, please pay 15e And they did the same thing to another guest, he was also very upset. Eventually the director agreed to not charge to charge us and make sure to inform all the receptionists in the future. 2. The receptionist gave us a paper and said : here you can find your parking lot number. All seems to be simple right? She didn't mention that there are different levels with the same number in that parking complex !!! Instead of going to the number 303 on the 3rd basement floor, we parked at number 303 of the 3rd floor, which belongs to a real estate agent. He locked our car and asked us to pay him 60 euros, what a scam! We argued for an hour and eventually called the police to sort it out. The ironic thing is, when we checked out, the receptionist asked me what's the number of our parking lot so she can let me pay the extra, I said: 303. And when she asked if it's +303 or -303, I told her that I didnt know, but we went up stairs . Then she checked her sheet and said: ok it's -303. She knew that we were not at the right parking lot but didn't tell us !!! 3.There's no luggage storage room so good luck if you want to ski on your check out day We will never come back
The value for money (except the service) is ok for what we paid for the opening ( 200euros for 2 nights for a 5ppl apartment), way beyond our expectation after reading all the bad reviews. The apartment seems to have been renovated recently, clean, modern, tidy with a lot of closets to store your stuff, the building itself is very old though Centrally located with a supermarket inside the building Direct access to the slope from the first level but there's no direct access to the ski room by elevator
