Love the proximity to the Eiffel Tower, and the view was amazing. The rooms are clean and up-to-date. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The only slight negative would have been not having a bathtub for the toddler.

We stayed here for our birthday and it was amazing. We arrived to champagne and chocolates and a balloon in our room for our birthday with some very sweet notes. And a couple of eiffel tower key chains that we didn't expect. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Absolutely no complaints here.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was outstanding, and what made it even more special was the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Carmen. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and happy throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained, but it’s the people – especially Ms. Carmen – who make this place so unique.

Hotel was perfectly located and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, especially at night.

The location was convenient.

The staff was very rude and her name is Margot Vidap . Our safes were opened by the staff when we left the property for the whole day. We reported to the staff and they were very rude to deny. It was shocking and disappointed to stay in this hotel. We could never ever go back again. It was not safe at all. I hope that the people who will not leave their cash and important documents in the safe hotel provided .

Excellent conditions and well maintained

The location is truly great — about a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with a metro station very close by. Getting to most historical landmarks in the city by Uber costs around €12-18, which is quite reasonable. I booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view, and you can clearly see about half of it. There are also many restaurants nearby. Parking is €35 per day, which I found to be a fair price. The room was very clean . What I appreciated the most were the personal touches — a handwritten welcome note in my room when I arrived, and another personalized note on the second day saying “we value your feedback.” I had never experienced something like this before, and it felt very thoughtful and unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

it didn’t really feel like a 4-star hotel. The hotel is small, which is understandable given the city’s architecture. However, the elevator was a bit concerning, as it made noises and shook every time I used it.

We asked for a quiet room. We received one facing the back not the front where the metro line is but….was next door to the elevator and all the night from 10PM to 1AM we heard a lot of clinck clank noises from the elevator room. Awful!!

The hotel’s rooms were to small and very uncomfortable. The space of the rooms was insane. Smelly. And needs a lot of work.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice touches everywhere from macrons in the room to scented wipes to deal with the heat.

Responsive staff, delicious breakfasts, comfortable rooms, close to the metro, supermarket, pharmacy. The embankment and the Eiffel Tower are a fifteen-minute walk away.

Although the number is well looked after, it was noticeable that it had been in use for a long time. Everything works properly, although it is shabby.
