Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom1. The instructions for reaching the property were only applicable for people with a car. The photos were taken in summer and were furthermore incomprehensible. We arrived by bus and walked for 30 min down the road following these instructions when we could have walked for 10 mins! 2. The fact that there was no internet wasn’t clear enough. 3. There was no actual address for the residence just the bad directions. 4. The emergency number is only valid for certain very limited hours this completely defeating the purpose of it being a EMERGENCY number. For us this posed a real problem as we misplaced the door keys after the emergency hours and were therefor locked out of the property and had to to down to Chamonix at 1130 pm on the last bud and look for a hotel at great expense.

United KingdomFirstly went to the office to pick up the keys and was informed that parking was available outside the apartment in the service road and to walk up to the flat, I queried a locker room key attached to the bunch but was told there is no locker and that key must be a mistake and to store our ski gear in the flat. When we arrived we had to lug our luggage across a very slippery car parking area up a few flights of stairs across an uncleared area and up two flights of stairs. We had to carry our ski gear every night up to the apartment even though there were signs throughout the building to not store ski gear in the apartments. I unfortunately only went for an exploration walk in the building on the last night and found my way down into the basement passed the restaurant toilets and found an underground car park with an allocated parking space for the flat plus the ski locker, when I queried this with the office all they said was oh sorry. On the first night of arriving all the lights in the main bedroom were not working and one in the lounge. There was a leak from the radiator in in the main bedroom onto the carpet, I put a container under it to catch the leak but had to get up twice each night to empty it out so that it did not overflow onto the carpet. I reported this numerous times to HR but each time was just told that someone was coming or that they were too busy. We went skiing every day so unfortunately the jug overflowed eveyday while we were out and saturated the carpet. HR were happy for us to carry on staying here under these conditions, and the problem still wasnt sorted after we left. The whole flat suffered from excess moisture with the curtain in the lounge covered in mould, rotten and falling apart. Numerous other faults including the very small upstairs room, extractor in bathroom not working however, due to the limited space i can write here can't list them all. Asked 4 times for wifi password - was told they would be txt to us but still,...
Nothing - Terrible, should be called Incompetent Rentals.
