The kitchenette was a little clumsy - a slightly better a layout would improve it but it wasn't a major issue

The location of the hotel was brilliant. The pool was an added bonus and so clean too. The optional breakfast too for those who needed it before a day in Paris or Disney. Would happily recommend this to friends and family

The lack of restaurant cafe facilities lounge are coffee area shop to buy essentials lack of WiFi no where to access food in the evenings

I didn't realise how far of a bus ride it was back to the hotel.

The hotel was in a very quiet and in a lovely area. Loved the pool, especially when the temperature was high. Would love for it to have a gym area, maybe something to look into.

Can not control the temperature in the room. Even when Off , it keeps goin some ventilation. Super noisy through the night, floor door and elevator. Housekeeping yelling in the hallway…

There is one issue which we found super uncomfortable. There is no hair dryer in the room, we were surprised as we had hair dryer in every single hotel we've been to. We asked a receptionist and turns out you can get a hair dryer from the receptionist, but only if it's available. In our case, we took the last one, so there is a chance to be without hair dryer which can be not nice.

We chose this place for 2 nights as it's not far from the Disneyland and we never regretted it. Great option! 1. The hotel is located not exactly near Disneyland, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can take a bus and in 15 minutes you'll be in the Disneyland. Super comfortable to get there and back. Tickets can be purchased from the driver. Another bus can take you to/from the train station (7 minutes) from where you can go to Paris. The area where hotel is located is fine in general, it's very calm and there is a small bakery very close to the hotel. But keep in mind that all restaurants and supermarkets are kinda far, so you should talk a bus or go for a walk. 2. Rooms are nice and spacious. However, that shelf near the table is weird as you get hit every time you sit there. Actually everything is very new and super clean, we really enjoyed that. Besides, there is a small kitchen there, so you can cook something which is very nice :) 3. Staff was nice and welcoming. Thanks a lot!

No laundry facilities on site which makes it tricky for longer stays. Staff were ok, not overly friendly, but polite enough.

Location was great for Disney and the mall. It was very clean, kitchen well stocked, really had everything you needed.

Can't fault the place. They thought of everything.... just read all notices and information that they provide you with.....about peak time for breakfast and best way to get to Disneyland . it has the best access route if you just go for the indigo multi storey parking on the south end of Disneyland and you will avoid all the queues and traffic!

There have been several instances of power outages during the stay.

A few minor details: The decor in our room was rather basic and not very cozy. There were no outlets next to the “desk” in which to plug a computer. There were no international channels or Netflix app on the TV, only the primary French language channels. Not a problem for us, but could be frustrating for guests who don’t understand French. The parking garage is convenient, but very narrow, making it difficult to do a 3-point turn and drive out when the garage is full. And there’s no way to know ahead of time if it IS full.

Our studio was spacious, very clean and pretty well-equipped (although there was no hairdryer). The environment was calm, and the bed comfortable. We slept very well. The breakfast was copious and tasty (except for the scrambled eggs). The staff was friendly and helpful.
