Awful tiny beds, bathrooms need a refresh, not 4 star but passable and the spa is amazing

Not the cleanest, needs vacuum under beds and there was a horrendous smell in our apartment which was the waste pipes from other apartments-the staff were great and tried to sort it out but couldn’t. Also some of the other apartments were occupied by young groups having a party week. There was no one to complain to in the evenings, also drugs were seen in the lifts and communal areas. The location is right at the top of the village. The beds are not comfy and the shower is a half height over the bath affair

Excellent value for money. Apartment was well appointed and the spa, pool area is what you’d expect from a much higher cost hotel

Spa needs some serious attention - many lockers don't work, perhaps having time slots for different properties to reduce how busy it is? pretty wet and grotty changing rooms at the end of the evening, and no where to get changed

The single lift was not always adequate to meet demand at peak times. Ski back could be tricky dependent on ability - the alternative is an uphill walk.

Size of apartment for location, two separate bathrooms, modern kitchen (proper oven). Spa was lovely. Short walk to piste. Heated ski locker. Intersport and Sherpa on location. Fun vibe of Chair lift going over Chalet Block 3 added to the immersive experience!

The Spa was a little crowded some days and the changing facilities are not very large. The public SPA in the town is very nice.

Reception was very organised - we arrived at 3pm. Room wasn't ready but was no issue came back at 5p to collect.

Upon arrival, the balcony of our apartment was littered with cigarettes and corks. Even though we asked for cleaning nobody came and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The hallway, staircase and elevator are outdated and dirty, not on the level one would expect for a 500 EUR/night apartment. The condition of the elevator is simply appalling - it is old, dirty and too small for the number of guests using it. The spa area is also outdated, not very clean and overly crowded.

The apartment was relatively new and well kept.

Not being able to check in until 5pm and then being asked to check out by 10am. Unlit walkways and stairs. Radiators made the place so hot. With the lacking humidity it made the air so dry and hot that one’s sinuses were constantly challenged.

Shared apartment rooms. The Spa was great.

There were some noise from parties in the other apartments as well as from the outside.

Good location with ski in/out, restaurants and small grocery store nearby. Nice apartment with modern kitchen and two small balconies. The hotel spa was nice!

The location is about 10 minutes walking from the center, have a Sherpa supermarket near but the prices are higher than in carrefour. In Building 6 no wifi at all, you can see it and connect but without internet. No cleaning service even once during all stay so i can’t call it hotel, it’s more RBNB.

An apartment was good, the Spa was amazing. 2 intersport shops with ski rental services are very close.

The ski in is through a short and steep red, that can become challenging even for intermediate skiers with very deep moguls if not groomed often. This access could have been groomed every two days to make it easy for beginner/intermediate skiers. It was ok for me and the kids, but my wife had to take the alternate route and walk back to the hotel a few times. It is not easy to find the shuttle stops and to locate them on the resort map. It should be something easy to find.

The spa can get crowed after skiing (better enjoy before 17h), some rooms were a bit older.

Huge Appartement in chalet 6with many rooms and bathrooms, great cost living room, nice view, well equipped kitchen and calm location. Close to the slopes, 5min walk to centre but far enough from the party noice, also a regular bus, ski shop, spa and supermarket in the residence.

The lift in the building and the spa were too crowded. No boots heating in the ski lockers.

Nice wellness place. Good and friendly personnel at the reception. Adequate walk to and back from the piste, although to go back you will do a short piece of black.

Slight smell when we arrived in bathroom. Only one toilet roll provided too. First night we had very loud neighbours through the wall however they left which made the stay much better (we complained and staff were very helpful)

Excellent location in Val Thoren. Good size rooms and shared spaces. Lovely balcony. Bus stop is outside the apartment which is very handy. Spa facilities were great especially the outdoor facilities.
