Building shows its age, we were out of hot water for a day nothing the building manager could do until next morning (not a good surprise when coming back a hike in need of a good shower) Some apts are privately owned, in the one next to us owners unfortunately had started on a remodeling with construction noise starting at 8am… not cool…

Really great location, quiet neighborhood, good views of the mountains, canal and beaches, you’re in walkable distance from everything (beach, restaurants, supermarket, bakery)

We thought there would be a shower but there were 2 baths, the shower head holder needs some attention It was also a duplex which was a problem as our friends are not good with stairs and they were very steep. There were no wine glasses Sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on.

The accommodation was very close to the sea and a couple of beaches and very quiet. (although we were there out of season) Roberto (receptionist) was great, giving us information when needed and lending us a double adapter. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean There was a good little pack with washing up liquid, a couple of dishwasher tablets and sponge.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the room but it is a pet friendly place which we love so didn't mind. The pull out sofa bed could perhaps do with a topper for more comfort, it's a great size though!

We loved the position of our room in the hotel, the view across the river was lovely and we had distant sea views and the people and bird watching from the big balcony was great. The kitchen area is very well equipped and we made dinner with food from the nearby well stocked shop. Parking was so good too! The guy on reception when we checked in was really welcoming and made us feel very happy and relaxed.

Convenient location, a walking distance to supermarket and nice walks around the river. Close to Ciboure and St Jean De luz. Wifi was very good.

They dont provide shampoo and there isnt any hairdryer! We brought ours but it is important to know in advanced!

The appartment was good, complete and with all necessary for a 3 day stay. They give you a welcome set for cleaning the cutterly which is appreciated. It's clean and the staff is really nice! I have to say we went in april so some rooms were closed because we went on low season. Close to the beach and a really nice park for the kids!!

The location of the bathroom, opposite the bunk bad . Those who sleep on the bunk bed get all bathroom noises. A sofa bed is also not comfortable, but bearable. And we normally have no problems with our backs. Otherwise it would be a problem.

The location is perfect. We (2 adults +a son 15y) had a chamber nr 1.

When people walked in the corridors, the noise carried into the bedroom. Our window was open as it was hot though. It might not have been so bad if the window was closed.

They had left us a little box of kitchen soap, sponge and dishwasher tablets to get us started when we arrived. It was a lovely little touch. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped.

The only downside was the fact that the desk seemed only to be staffed between 4-5pm.

Super holiday accommodation for short stays or family holidays. Very well equipped, clean, spacious, light and airy flat. Parking just outside the block in a very quiet area. The flats are in a holiday complex and overlook a waterway, green and the sea. Super situation just a short walk to the beach, with supermarkets close to hand. The whold complex very well run.

We stayed in room 64 and were not impressed. It was dirty and had dust on the floor and all the corners. One of the kitchen unit’s was in a middle of the room, all the cutlery is sticky, it was left over things in a freezer. In a room there were 7 chairs, one of them was used as a bedside table, balcony had a massive table, two large storage units, which had padded locks and are not for customers, another folded table behind the unit, simply no room to move around. Also massive spider webs hanging. The bathroom not had enough towels , the tiles and skirting boards are warn out and shouting for an upgrade. Felt like the whole room is used for storage and should not be rented out for customers.

Property was filthy! Beds were dirty place is a run down! If not had kids would have slept in the car rather then the property. And to top it off had 100's mosquitoes in the morning could sleep all night kept biting. Worst stay ever . Cant imagine that has any positive reviews . The only thing was good is the location.And allow pets.

Access to the property and to the room was far too complicated. It was like being in an escape room. We needed to be James Bond to open the safe to get the room key.
