The communication before I arrived was good, albeit a little confusing. I managed to collect the keys from the agency before they closed as arrived hours late due to travel problems. The staff assured me they'd wait which was very kind of them. The location of this apartment was fabulous; pretty much ski in/out with the main Jandri lift a one minute walk away. The view from the balcony was great.

The apartment is very (very!) small. There was only two of us, so it was okay, but you'd struggle with any more than that. It was however clean, warm and comfortable. No oven but it did have a hob and a microwave so limited cooking was possible. No toilet roll was provided so we need to make an emergency visit to the supermarket which was conveniently still open! Not sure what we'd have done it it wasn't.... The building and apartment were both quite old and would benefit from being updated. The tiny lift (the apartment is on the sixth floor!) was in frequent use and there was often a queue to use it - but we were there during a very busy week (half term) and the building seemed very full.
