The property was really close to the boulevard

We didn’t like the pool at all. We booked this apartment because it had a pool, but after one day we had seen enough. Half of the day there is no sun at the pool, and the other half you need to put your sunbed in impossible positions to be able to get some sun. Also there were more people in normal clothes at the pool than with swimming attire. The kids were jumping in the pool all day making everyone wet and the parents were only talking with each other on a high and disturbing volume. The pool itself was dangerous, it goes down really quickly and is really slippery so falling and hitting your head on the edge is easy. Also there was no toilet at the pool so every time you needed to get back in the apartment building. If you’re looking for a pool to relax I would advise not to book this apartment.

Perfect location! Nice personal, and overall nice stay

It’s small apartments, not super clean and you have to clean yourself, go down with trash etc. wouldn’t call it hotel

The check out is 10 am and there is no late check out there is no cleaning day for the room

Residence, close de the croisette and rue d’antibes.

The place wasn't cleaned well at all before our arrival, but on the other hand we need to leave it clean, give back down the towels, bed sheets and garbage. Also not even a small hand soap in there to use at least on arrival.

Great location

Rooms were tiny, quite claustrophobic, ok for a very short stay but wouldn’t recommend a long stay. So many rules and regulations and an additional charge for absolutely everything. Some staff were pleasant and some were quite ignorant.

We love staying here and keep coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, like the beach, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms are spacious and it’s so convenient to have laundry facilities. The kitchenette is well-equipped too, which makes longer stays really comfortable. Highly recommended!

The only thing missing is a better gym or fitness center.

Studio is a good choice for a bit longer stay. The pool and room with a balcony was suberb during the hot days (over +30). Nice and easy to make cooling dips during the day. Sea, Croisette and main shopping street are close, convenient location. Everything worked well, and in case of questions or small issues staff was helpful.

Parking garage is a bit narow so you have to be extra careful if you have a SUV like us. Bring extra toilet paper, soap and shampoo.

The facility, the size of the room, the bed, which was a sofa that it opening, the AC the idea that you need to take the trash out and sheets yourself when leaving. One day I woke up to a drilling right on top of me at 8 AM in the morning

The gym machine needed servicing, and I asked every day has it been done but no effort was made. I choose this property for the gym as I work out everyday. I even offered to do it myself and go and buy some WD40 but the guy on reception just laughed. So very disappointed

Found staff a little arrogant would not circum to needs of client

That I felt like Cinderella having to clean up after my visit, this was not described at start of trip

Good location and facility.

The receptionist stole the shoulder strap of my wife’s Luis Vuitton bag when we left it with him for safe keeping one night. The hotel management refused to take any responsibility or action. We will tell all our colleagues in film industry to avoid this dishonest hotel.
