You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Germany- NO bedlinen included in rate - NO towels included in rate For our three night stay we would have to pay ~100€ on top (info is hidden in small print). - NO aircon in bedroom - aircon in living room fairly noisy (right outside window) - Management is somewhat niggling (usage of pool, leaving room)

Italy- wifi not working and super weak phone network (In theory we had a wifi connection but the internet was not working. We wrote to the residence, they said they reset it but it did not change anything. What is more, the telecom network is so weak there that you do not get the internet even from your own phone. Which means we had zero internet access in our room. To make a phone call or get the internet on our phones we needed to go to the swimmng pool area. The stuation was the same with a French and an Italian phone.) - a beach train passing just behind the residence - it does not make a lot of noise, but if you are a light sleeper, it is worth to know it (it begins to run after 7 am) - the "kitchen" is super small, it is actually squeezed in two cabinets. Th cookery is so small that you do not manage to put two medium-size pots on it. There is only one plug in the kitchen which is located on the wall on the side of the cookery so you can not use it while you are using the cookery. So if you are cooking, you are not able to have a coffee or a tea. There is also no hood in the kithcen so anytime you cook all the steam and smell goes around the room. To sum up, the kitchen is ok to warm something up but it is really difficult to use it to cook dishes (especially for more than 2 people) - the bathroom has no window and no ventilation so it is all the time very humid and it smells humid whenever you enter it - in the swimming pool area it is forbidden to eat and drink anything beside water so it is very nice to have a swim but it is not a place to spend a day (especially with children) - in the room we could hear water running from the nieghbours' room every time theye were flushing water in their bathroom
- location - very close to the sea - beautiful view - very nice service - luminous room - nice swimming pool with a view - two beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood and a nice restaurant (in an old train station)
