Selfish people who take disabled spaces when they are not disabled just to save a few steps, absolutely disgraceful but that is what they appear to do, not just at this residence, so no reflection in the residence.

Nothing, everything was great!

The residence is very luxurious and stylish furnished and the flats are very large and modern. You can cook, wash and have a private car park. Breakfast is also offered, which is sent to your flat. The pool is also very chic and great for swimming!

Minor functional details - no shower doors, useless bedside (hanging) lights etc.

Its better than it looks in photos! Spacious, clean, well equipped (all possible kitchen eq. and util., washing machine, iron etc.), almost private balcony, lots of light. Welcoming package in form of wine, water and local delicacies. Large enough (warmed) pool, more than enough parking places (inside apartment compound) , kids playground and useful mini fitness room. Not far from town (there is a footpath) and beaches. And of course ... very courteous host Denissia - merci beaucoup pour tout (especially trick-or-treat hunt with kids) !!

Storia d'Estate is a unique and marvellous place. It is beautifully located in Ile Rousse, just 10 min drive from main city atractions. But the hidden treasure of Storia d'Estate is Denissia. She makes every guest to feel like at home and indeed, we can confirm that Storia d'Estate is home away from home.

Seriously, from the moment I checked in, she was on another level of helpfulness. Denissia made my stay a breeze. Some of the furniture on the balcony and in dining area of the apartment while looking great is rather uncomfortable or not practical with kids but we helped each other by putting towels on them. The kitchen could be a little better equipped. It would be great for the atmosphere and for relaxing if the pool area had some more natural shaddow such as from big palm trees. There was a bar at the pool and a great seating area but it was the bar was never open. We would have loved to buy a few cold drinks or a coffee in the afternoon. This would be a great opportunity for the hotel.

Denissia was a a very helpful, attentive and pleasant host that was always available for our needs and all guests. She is the soul of the property and made the stay very personal. She is always open to feedback and looks to improve the service. She provided great tips about the area and best restaurants. Whenever we needed something such as charging cables, new bed sheets etc for the apartment she would immediately bring it. She was even helping change the bed sheets. The property is very clean, new and the interior and equipment is high quality. We loved the combination of individual holiday rental apartment while at the same time the property is almost run as a hotel where there is always someone around so you always feel supported.

We had ordered a small apartment, ours had no view just a nice patio surrounded by plants. Next time will try to have one in the second floor with view.

Denissia at the reception makes the difference. We liked the heated pool, the breakfast service and the nice welcome basket. Also good is the secured parking.

We have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. some hangers / wardrobe in the living room 2. desinfest from mosquitos (we barely used the balcony due to the very aggressive mosquitos outside (all day)) The dishwasher was not working properly and it was a bit unfortunate. Keep drying clothes inside during the evening as the weather is fairly humid and might not help with drying the clothes. Ideally you need a car to drive around; there is a very convenient supermarket (small, but has all basics)

The flat has a nice kitchen and was clean. The bathroom was functional. Very good air conditioning. Denissia was very helpful and friendly. We loved the service for fresh bread and pain au chocolat in the morning. Nice and clean pool.

Dénissia was very helpful. We had delicious pastries delivered each morning and she helped recommend and book restaurants. The residence is beautifully decorated and the very clean and staff take care to ensure that everything is done to make your stay enjoyable. WiFi excellent .
