How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewNewly refurbished, nice location, nice bathroom, one staff member was very friendly
One staff member was rude, we were given double bed although we booked twin - awkward, there also seems to have been difficulty when cleaning our room as a rubbish bag with trash was left in the sink (?!), another bin in the bathroom was not finished being changed. To help us to solve the double bed we had to go down (since the phone was unplugged and not working) and then they gave us extra sheet after we asked but we had to carry it all ourselves. In the photos there was a sofa in the room, but we didn’t have one :( Disappointed in this place

Verified reviewLocation- excellent for Disneyland and for Paris. Staff- friendly and helpful.
Getting to the car park was a bit of a pain as the only lift that goes to the basement level is temperamental and stops at every floor, taking forever to get going again but it was the most minor inconvenience and I will definitely book again!

Verified reviewBeds reasonably comfortable Given plenty of fresh towels Good location for the train station
Weren't given beds requested on first night - one double not two singles and made to feel bad for asking for what we paid for. There was stains of the floor, bedding and the bathtub. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Our personal items (not including luggage) were often carelessly tossed around the room and now where we left them - soft toys ended up on tables and piled on top of each other rather than on the bed, photo frame on table was knocked over. A lot of the dishes weren't clean on arrival, we had to wash them before we could use them

Verified reviewThe apartment had two rooms, a bathroom and kitchenette. Everything was very simple yet functional. Location: it takes 40 minutes by train to get to the center of Paris. The real benefit of the location is the distance to Disney World. We realized that after a full day in Disney. At midnight, we were walking home instead of squeezing us with the crowd into the train. It’s a 15-20 mins walk – but very refreshing in summer – the more after a full day at Disney. We also spent some days in Paris. The train connection is very good. We never worried about returning late at night. Trains were always available. Therefore, the location is a good option to combine Disney and Paris. For travelers with destination Paris only, I would recommend something in Paris itself. Even though the whole area looks a bit like an unfinished construction site, there is everything available in walking distance: good choice of restaurants, supermarkets etc.
I found the price of 200€ a night without breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children for a location outside of Paris quite high. The target audience here are surely the Disney visitors, which makes perfect sense. I could not imagine traveling back at midnight with thousands of other Disney visitors in crowded trains after a full day walking through Disney World.

Verified reviewWe stayed here for 3 nights due to the close proximity to Disneyland, which was super easy to get to. Staff were welcoming and friendly and dealt with any requests that we asked. Apartments were well equipped with what we needed for a couple of days, and rooms were clean. Towels changed and room cleaned during our stay too. Location is great close to RER train and local shops/restaurants. Bar on site, washing machines and luggage store. Great stay and would definitely visit again.

Verified reviewThe hotel location is amazing few mins away to Disney by train. Also 10-15 mins walking to the mall and outlet. I would stay again!
The room was having an AC issue, but the front desk assisted me to provide another upgraded room. My room was upgraded from Family room to Prestige Suite. the Suite was specious and huge with a big balcony.

Verified reviewThe location is perfect, it’s a ten minute drive to Disney land, or a 30 second walk to the train station where you can get a train to Disney, or for €2.50 you can get a train to central Paris. The central shopping centre is less than a 10 minute walk (more like 7). Parking in the hotel was perfect, they have a underground parking garage with access to the hotel. They are dog friendly and the staff were helpful.
The cleanliness of the bedroom wasn’t great, there were a number of hairs (that were not ours) on the bed and the cupboards could have been cleaned out better. There was mould in the shower ceiling (see pics) and along the wall as well. Breakfast was ok, the small pastries were tasty enough and the bread selection was good. The egg boiler was not good, for the first two days my eggs came out raw, even left them in there for ten minutes, so didn’t bother the final day.

Verified reviewLocation was fantastic! Staff were friendly and since we arrived quite early, we were still able to go through the check in process (just without receiving the key) and store our luggage until we returned from our day’s activities. Room was appropriate size, bed was big and rather comfortable.
The tiles and grout in the shower had quite a lot of black mould! The whole bathroom needs a good bleaching with mould remover!

Verified reviewGreat location for exploring Disney as a family of 5. So close to train station, 5min walk to shops in a lovely area. Staff were very friendly and apartment for 6 people was a great size and well laid out and cleaned daily.
Drinks in the Bar were a bit overpriced. Shower/grouting could do with an upgrade/deep clean.

Verified reviewThe room was clean and quite big. It had both shower and a bath, kitchen area was well equipped. In general apartment was full of small but nice details. Like tablets for washing-machine, small kitchen towels, welcome water and cookies and even a small washing basin in the bathroom. The living area was super cozy. The location of the hotel is superb.
We had some issues with cooking panel, but personel has quickly explained how to unlock it. Wifi connection was a bit slow. It would be great to have a disneyland shuttle option. The breakfast options might be improved, more fruits and vegetables, porridge would be appreciated.

Verified reviewFantastic apartment hotel. Fantastic location. Comfortable rooms with a small kitchen, air conditioning and refrigerator. The "RER A" "Val d'Europe" station is literally a few steps away from the lobby door. This "Val d'Europe" station is one station away from the Disneyland Paris "RER A" final station; or you could board it and reach the center of Paris in around 45 minutes. If you do take the "RER A" to Paris, be careful of taking the correct "RER A" back. There is a huge "Val d'Europe" shopping center at a comfortable walking distance. And they have their own parking garage at a very reasonable price.
