There are nothing that I didn't like. The only thing I found it was a bit too much it was the price of the breakfast for adults and kids.

The building is nice and located in a great area close to La defense. It was also good to have a Parking in the building.

The property can do with an upgrade of the gym room. It needs more equipment. Cobwebs are difficult to see but cleaners should ensure they have a cobweb duster during there cleaning sessions

- Cleaning twice a week and not the whole room is cleaned. - The room is not supplied with (water bottles ,towels)on a daily basis.

- The sound insulation in the room is excellent. - The space is excellent. - The furniture is modern and good. - The reception staff was friendly.

It rains when we were there and there is no umbrella for borrowing from the hotel, it would have been nice to have some umbrella borrowing service for the hotel guests.

Good stay close to the arena so when the concert ends no need to take the metro and so on. The hotel is clean and nice, with cooking stuffs and a fridge too.

Breakfast bar was great. Good choice of pastries, cereals and hot food with some lactose-intolerant friendly options. Very spacious. Apartment exceeded expectations- we also had complimentary refreshments and snacks on arrival as we had apparently booked a Class Executive/VIP apartment without realising. Great price for Paris in springtime. Staff were very helpful.

Staff were really unwelcoming. Checkout is midday, but the cleaner came barging in at 9am, and was greeted by my friend who was naked lol. Room also smelt damp and the bathroom like drains. We didnt realise you needed a big deposit on arrival and also you pay tourists tax.

Room was clean, fairly good location. Price wasn't bad.

The staffs were very helpful especially when we rea hed earlier and they manage to arrange for us an early checkin especially with a 3 year old with us. Also the kitchenette has all what u need to prepare a quick meal. Also its close to the mall and metro.

Inconsistencies with room cleanup.

Good proximity to La Defense arena for the Paralympics. Convenient for groceries, shopping, and all conveniences

When we arrived on the first night, we wanted to use the dishwasher in the kitchen. As soon as we opened the door of the dishwasher, its panel fell off and hit my foot. It hurt a lot. We tried to communicate with the reception staff, but he just came up and took a look and said that we should write a note to the manager tomorrow. No apology at the end, very bad attitude!

More comfort in the room. For an apartment I really missed a comfortable chair. You could only sit on the beds. Also the kitchen didn't really have a table/chairs where you could comfortably sit on. I was disappointed when I called the facility that we wanted to make a reservation for another night. That was not possible to do for some very awkward reason: We had to make a new booking, but because our booking was non refundable they could't do it because it was cheaper for 7 nights than for 6 nights.... We said we wouldn't mind to pay the single night. It wasn't very helpful or customer friendly at all.

The parking door system was not working with card and you should ring the bell and it feels bad specially at late night hours

The Hotel Is clean and Net,It has private parking and location is good for the time you have a car. Also it`s location is very good to access to raods and Metro.
