Housekeeping applicable only when you book over 7 nights. So the room gets a little messy. Kitchenette - Cutlery/utensils are not as per the inventory list - many missing. No basic ingredients (salt, sugar, oil) available. Bathroom spells BAD. Overall the rooms needs refurbishment - a bit dated.

Excellent location - centrally located. few steps away from Galleries Lafayette. Helpful and humble staff. Good size room with kitchenette. Supermarkets and restaurants on the entire street. The cathedral is about 10-15 mins walking distance.

We prepaid for breakfast for 3 days. However, on departure day the breakfast room was locked & we had a train to catch. My credit card has also been double-charged. Towels were thin & bathrooms definitely need upgrading (around the sink water damage had caused the wood to disintegrate)

The corridor smelled like food every day, the whole day. At some point the room and bathroom will need some renovation… it’s a functional apartment, not really pretty.

Amazing location, friendly staff, good value for money (especially if you are thinking of cooking or need a fridge in the room). Super quiet room with some interesting view to older buildings. Warm water and the heating worked well. The bed was comfy and we could separate the mattresses a bit, just like my mom and I needed. The city is super cute and great for a 2-night stay.

Not a problem for us, but it operates more like a vacation rental than a hotel, so room service is minimal, though available for an extra charge.

Convenient location, halfway between the train station and cathedral, a 2 minute walk from the Homme de Fer light rail exchange, many shops and eating places nearby. Cooking facilities adequate for small meals.

Everything is fine, although there’s a weird smell around the reception area.

There’s a nice kitchenette complete with induction stove and mini fridge, basic pots/pans and cutlery, and even detergent in the room and serves well for easy meals. The bed is comfortable, just that the window is a little awkward, if you need ventilation you need to open it fully.

2 electric plugs in the bathroom, loose, with wires showing. Reported it to staff but nothing done about it!!!

Good location 15 min walk from the station. Room good size for 2 adults. 2 singles pushed together. Window opens, small sink, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Hotplate. You can make a meal. TV only French. Bathroom with over bath shower. Heated towel rail. You can only buy breakfast in its cafe. We went out to eat breakfast, plenty of proper boulanger, within 25 yards. Restaurants and Cinemas all around . Metro, bus, nearby. You are paying for the location. Its not luxury, more like a 2 star.

- Cleaning could be much better as there was a huge stain on the carpet and on the bathroom curtain, not to mention the inside of the toilet bowl which had a crust, completely yellow. It could be easily fixed with baking soda and vinegar. - Unfortunately, it is worth mentioning that the room becomes quite stuffy during the summer, even with the fan available.

Very central location, side streets full of cafes, bars and restaurants, a carrefour express right on the corner, a very lively and safe area to return late as I was traveling alone with a friend. - The beds are extremely comfortable, which made our stay worthwhile, as we barely stayed in the room, just to rest at night. - We used the utensils available to cook small meals, it was convenient.

The 1st room we got, it was left uncleaned (used dishes and towels) since the last occupants. But they quickly changed the room for us, which was very nice of them. So overall, not a lot to complain about.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staffs were very nice too. We also had really nice cafes and restaurants galore to choose from in the vicinity. For this very reason I will book with them again.

The facilities were great, having kitchenette facilities was really great. Will defiantly recommend to friends going to Strasbourg next year. Location was excellent, with great food options around including going to the supermarket and filling up the fridge. thank you for a great stay.

Some of the furnishings are starting to age, but the team does their best to maintain the facilities.

Sonia, the manager of the hotel, is exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is central and you can walk to most attractions in Strasbourg. It is also close to the tram if you want to get to places that are further out such as the EU Parliament.
