Pool closure for lunchtime due to staff lunch. On arrival there were no bathrobes left so had to go back the next day. No lockers, changing rooms so had to go back to room to change.

I liked everything. The only thing I could perhaps complain about was the shuttle bus to the airport was full when we went to book it, but that's our own fault as we only thought about it the night before departure - so perhaps book in advance when you're staying. But this is looking to find fault where there really was none!

Everything here was great. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the sea - like it's across the road! Everything is fab including the hotel itself, which has everything you could need. Staff speak English - unfortunately my French is poor and each person is super helpful - stellar staff to be fair to them - from reception and waiting staff to the wonderful woman from New Zealand responsible for housekeeping - there was one person nicer and more friendly than the next - we will certainly return. Thank you to everyone and well done.

The spa facilities are especially good, the spa hydro-pool is excellent. Good size steam and sauna rooms, with great outside and inside relaxation areas. The hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant. Good amble self service breakfast, with large choice. Fair size rooms which were clean and in general condition.

As we spent quite some time at the spa, I think it would have been a good idea to have a small safe in the room. At the breakfast self-serve hot drink machine, decaffeinated tea and coffee would have been beneficial.

Only stayed one winters night, but made good use of the hotel facilities. The spa was defiantly the main attraction for us and we very much enjoyed the large salt water hydro-pool, the sauna and steam room, it was especially appreciated as the weather outside was awful. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was plentiful.

Couldn't find a safe in the room. Rooms were quite small but on the plus side can accommodate 3 people.

Wow, we were not expecting the spa facilities to be so fantastic. We arrived late in the day and rushed down to the pool spa area before it closed. The facilities are brilliant and children are allowed in at certain times of the day. The rooms were well decorated and quirky but had pretty much everything required. The warm welcome from the staff was really appreciated. Our rate included breakfast which was fresh and well organised. The menu at the hotel looked very good, with 3 children though we walked to Mirko's Italian on the beach front which is highly recommended. Parking is easy and free at the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Facilities were excellent. Restaurant served ex excellent food and wine. Breakfast was ample.

Constantly ran out of food and beverages at breakfast. One day no milk, no juice, no fruit, no yogurt, no croissants, no choco pains not much to eat. Total Lack of organisation .

Reception/ bar staff were rather scarce and the seating was very uncomfortable. A random selection of tired chairs and lots of lightbulbs hanging far too low. I noticed several people banging their heads on them. Staff in the spa seemed to be disinterested, there was no one to orientate new arrivals. We were just given a map. I didn’t realise that the spa would be taking so many people outside of the hotel and we had no treatments available for the first two days of our stay. Parking was a nightmare there were cars all over the place and if you did get lucky, going out for the day meant you would be very lucky to find a space on return.

Food and restaurant staff were very good the menu was good although the prices were a little high. The staff were very good.
