Perfect location with an easy walk to the centre of beautiful historic Beaune. Convenient secure parking (small extra charge) We didn’t have breakfast as we headed off early so can’t comment on the restaurant, but there is a very popular bakery next door for delicious takeaway croissants and pastries!

It was great to experience people at the desk that were happy to give their guests information ,rather than to appear annoyed by questions; i.e. personnel that had had a proper education in the Hotel and Tourism business. The garage was on the property and our belongings were safe ,so we didn't have to unpack the car for just 1 night. The location was perfect for visiting the town by foot and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return !

The entry into the garage could be better marked/ signed. But once in the parking spots have great access to the hotel via elevator.

The bath facilities is a large tub which is luxurious but for older guests, difficult to use and rather dangerous. Parking was limited but easily overcome with other paid parking options

The location is very convenient being situated just outside the historic centre within walking distance. Rooms are large and quaint with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet is impressively varied and delicious

I was somewhat disappointed with our room. I had booked a Superior Double room and the photos on the website, which I thought were really nice, did not compare to our room no. 216 which did not reflect any of the photos and was very ordinary. It had a sloping ceiling as if in the eves which reduced available space. The bathroom was spacious and had a jacuzzi bath, which we didn't use. There was a wet room type shower which, whilst efficient, resulted in the bathroom floor getting very wet.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting Beaune. The car parking facility was the main reason I had booked the hotel and that worked well. The bathroom toiletries were especially nice. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. We had a drink in the bar before going out and that was very pleasant. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. The air con was very good as it was a very warm night.

The industrial toilet paper dispenser in the en suite made it feel somewhat like a motorway service station. Proper loo roll would be more comfortable.

- Room was outdated, despite most of the hotel photos showing newly renovated rooms - Shower could have done with a curtain as when using, water ended up all over the vanity and floor

- Convenient location and easy walk into Beaune centre - Parking facilities (although quite tight/small and €20 per night) - Staff were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations in the local area
