Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyNothing bad
The hotel is very nice, brand new, comfortable, very very kind staff, I faced a very small issue in the hotel, the director of the hotel deducted the cost of one night from my bill because of that problem which was not really important. I definitely try it again if I go Paris once again.

GreeceParis est toujours une bonne idée. And staying at Sax Hotel made it even better. We had a wonderful time. I booked four nights for my birthday and Sax Hotel exceeded expectations. The Eiffel Tower view even at breakfast, the charming garden by the pool, the spacious rooms and last but not least the Sixth Arrondissement. Love at first sight!

United KingdomPool small and in the open air restaurant downstairs, so not very private. Room change, we didn't get replenishments of coffee pods without asking. When we asked they did, probably an oversight from housekeeping.
Restaurant was incredible; food was absolutely exquisite. Staff were brilliant, Concierge got us tickets to two events that were sold out online! Would definitely return. Room service menu was perfect when tired after a long day cycling. Perfect location to pick up bikes, taxis or to start walking. Incredible view of the Eiffel tower from the restaurant.

AustraliaFood and beverage can be a little slow at times, and not quite where we'd expect a hotel of this cost to be in terms of getting orders right and delivering food at it's best. I'm at great pains to mention that F & B staff are all trying very hard to deliver a great experience, and they might just be finding their feet as a team. We absolutely felt well taken care of during our stay.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating, the facilities and rooms were very new and absolutely sparkling, the neighbourhood was quiet but also well located (with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower). It was a luxurious and relaxing stay!

MozambiqueThere were a few minor areas that could benefit from fine-tuning, particularly in the room service and top-floor restaurant staff. However, I’m confident these will be addressed by the highly professional management team.
The hotel is new, modern, and sophisticated, with a very pleasant and tasteful décor. On the ground floor, there’s an open courtyard restaurant and two additional bar/club-style restaurants — each with a unique and well-executed theme. Truly world-class. But the crème de la crème was the rooftop restaurant, offering a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The setting was stunning, and the food absolutely superb — we really enjoyed it. The room was excellent, and the concierge service was nothing short of exceptional.

JapanThe room was comfy, nice and clean. I really like the design of the room. The staff were nice and welcoming and I received wine and macaroons as welcome gifts. I would recommend and stay at this hotel next time. I wanted to use the pool however it was too late when I checked in. Also, in order to access the rooftop to view the Eiffel Tower, you would need reservation to the restaurant which I was not aware of until check in. It would be helpful to have more details on the restaurants and rooftop access.

DenmarkThe Hotel is fairly new (opend in april) and it seems that the staff is new. Therefore not all routines are up to the standard the hotel signals both in price and in its marketing. First day we ordered dinner with a nice bottle of champaign to celebrate the beginning of a nice 4 day stay. Ordered a first and a main course at the garden restaurant. Both courses arrived at the same time and the waiter looked a bit puzzled himself but asked if we wanted both at the same time. Choosing not meant the when the main came back the second time the meat was well done and dry. It takes a long time for anything you ordre in the breakfast restaurant to arrive especially coffee. And i kept getting the wrong coffee even though I ask for the right french pronunciation of a espresso macchiato (Noisette). We got home one day around 17.00 and the room was inly semi cleaned. A manager (of household) came around 1 hour later to check and she had to apologize and speedily came back and cleaned the rest (nice of her). Finally we ordered drinks at the rooftop bar. They made them an for some reason just left them at the bar to become watery. Now the bar is seperat from the hotel but the staffing sitation is probably the same. I reacon it is not the staffs fault but more lack of routine. And after some more months and a bit more managing things will probably be super. One last thing that could be improved. Both the chairs in the garden restaurant and breakfast are difficult to sit probably in. An easy fix.
The hotel is very nice with a nice vibe and cool vibe. The room and furniture is nice and the bed super comfortable. The reception and front of house are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has all the amenities and it feels very upscale and nice. The locations is very nice and quite.

United StatesBecause it’s new, I guess they’re still having problems with management and housekeeping. There were so many mistakes during check-in — they let my friend in before I arrived, without asking for her passport or taking her credit card. We had to fight with housekeeping every day — they never cleaned, took out the trash, or removed dirty cups. The minibar was never restocked. That’s my main complaint. Maybe with time and proper training, things will improve, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it

Saudi ArabiaUnfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards: - Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming. - Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted. - Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic. - Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.
Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety.

United KingdomI was aware that the rate I paid for 3 nights was much higher than usual due to Fashion Week but yet my expectations were not fully met. The lifts are a bit small and slow. I had to ask for hangers 3 times before having them delivered. Most of the cleaners do not speak English. The AC in my bedroom was not strong enough to the point that my sleep was affected. A technician was sent and it worked better for a few hours but it was again very weak during the evening. At breakfast, many dishes did not have serving cutlery. It sounds like a small issue but I did not feel like using the pork tongs to get my chicken/salmon and many people with dietary restrictions would not either. The berries looked very sad and unappealing. I ordered a capuccino twice and both times received just some watery coffee with milk on it (picture attached). The guests sitting next to me complained about not having salt and pepper on the tables and having ordered coffee/tea/eggs that never showed up. I had dinner at the sushi restaurant twice and both times the black cod was dry. The shrimp tempura had very little meat on it and the tuna makis were basically seaweed and rice. On the positive side, the sashimi platter was amazing. Overall, I think the hotel has great potential but it will need to run a few months before the service level matches the aesthetic. Would I come back? Maybe during low season at €600-700 per night but not at €1k+. Fingers crossed it will be a success soon!
The hotel is absolutely stunning and brand new. Great attention to detail in terms of aesthetic finishing. The staff is very polite and well intentioned but it needs training. My room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a show stopper. The gym is quite luxurious and it had the necessary for a good cardio session despite being a bit small. Late check out was not a problem and dry clean service was very good.
