Breakfast in the room was excellent and more than we could manage. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Bed was very comfortable and with the air con we had a great night's sleep.

Very nice cozy hotel. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The balcony was great, and you can visit it at any time, grab a drink from the minibar and just enjoy the sounds of the night and view of the city.

Very beautiful, small boutique hotel right in the center of the city. The owner was there serving us breakfast both mornings, and he was super friendly and chatty, giving us tips and suggestions for what to see and do and where to eat. He made the hotel feel cozy and personal.

We traveled around France and stayed in several hotels in different cities and towns. Hotel Singulier pleasantly surprised us with the size of the room. We really liked everything - friendly and caring staff (Sacha and Monsieur François-Xavier the most), stylish and clean room, breakfasts on the roof top and amazing location! We will definitely come back to Bordeaux and stay again in this fantastic hotel!!!

The hotel is in an incredible location with the perfect boutique setup. The staff are extremely helpful, Sacha gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and we had a wonderful time in the shower.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with nice and friendly staff. We were on our cycling holiday and passed through Bordeaux and booked a night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. They also arranged a safe place to park our bikes. The communication with Sasha ahead of our arrival was very professional and welcoming. Cyrille welcomed us and showed us our room which was prepared very nicely. Spacious and luxurious room with bathtub and two “French balcony’s “. Manon was also very professional and was made us feel welcomed and seen. The spa is small but very nice and we had it all for ourself. The breakfast Manon served us in the morning was outstanding! We will definitely come back next time we are in Bordeaux!

This is not a criticism but just something to be mindful about. As mentioned, reception was very helpful with many things. The building doesn't have a lift and the stairs leading up to the higher floors is quite narrow if you have large suitcases, though reception was very helpful with carrying mine up and down for me. I'm told that additional toiletries like body lotion or hair conditioner need to be requested from reception, as they don't come ready in the room.

Great location in walkable distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable, and Sacha who was at reception during most of my stay was very helpful. Complimentary water during my stay.

We booked a junior suite which was quite expensive and would have expected at least a seating area. There was only one chair. The stairs may be an issue for some as there is no lift. We managed them ok. We didn’t have breakfast but saw some other food prepared as a snack for other guests and it looked lovely.

The property has a lovely small boutique feel. The service was very personalised with helpful staff. The room was compact but comfortable. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring the old town. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for breakfast. A special hotel with old world charm but also very modern touches.

It's not a deal breaker, but toilet space is quite tight & you can see the other person inside the shower while you're in bed. Not sure if this is normal in Bordeaux.

Excellent location, tram to airport is only 6mins walk. We walked everywhere. Staff were great, friendly & very accommodating. They gave valuable recommendations and tips on where to go best. It was very clean. Breakfast was delicious & fresh - amongst the best hotel breakfasts. Area felt safe, easy check in and check out. It's exactly how it's advertised. I'd be happy to stay here again.
