The apartment had everything I needed and it is very well located. The host is very kind and accommodating.

It was very cosy and I felt at home as it was well equipped and bad everything I needed - amazing location everything is right on doorstep - the ski lifts and the town centre - eat to find and access, host was fabulous and great communication, really loved the shower ii was exceptional!

Inaccurate description there is no bedroom and this is a STUDIO with pull down bunkbeds in the hall way which then block access to the bathroom and block the only exit so in an emergency, it would be a danger to guests. Unsafe bunkbeds with no safety rail and ladder which does not fix well to the top bunk. Over crowded with kitchen equipment which leaves no storage for food. Some cupboards, but no room for luggage and jackets. When all beds, which are temporary, are put up for the night there is no room left and luggage had to be placed in front of the door. With the top bunk down, it’s so narrow that walking into the studio, you have to move to the side to avoid hitting your shoulder or head on the corner of it. Sofa bed uncomfortable and two friends sharing kept each other awake all night as this dips in the middle. I If you are skiing and have lots of clothes and equipment this is too cosy and the photos are deceiving, please see the actual layout of the property. This is only suitable for 2 people. please do not book this if you have children, the bunkbeds are too dangerous, they will fall out. AVIOD if you have any physical challenges or want to feel comfortable and move around with ease. UPDATE: response to owner – Complaint made to Booking.com who have given us a partial refund due to your listing being inaccuracy. You did NOT offer a FULL refund but partial. We didn't stay as we liked it but it was a school holiday and all affordable accommodation was fully booked. We had NO CHOICE we looked and wasted 5 hours of our holiday trying to find somewhere else. You don’t show the ladder attached you have to crawl under the ladder to get to the bathroom or exit. Bunks too low to store luggage and no space under table as chairs. Adults and older children will still have a serious injury if they fall from bunk and no mention of this in your listing!

Location is the best, close to city of Chamonix .

The flat (studio) is small, however well-equipped and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is very central and parking is available for an additional fee. Self-check in and check-out was smooth with all the instructions provided and the host was helpful. Thank you.

Excellent location, lovely little balcony, easy to use kitchen items, all kitchen items clean. Easy access to hiking areas. Excellent host, answered any questions I had promptly and was able to offer an early check in and late checkout which was great!

Difficult to pick up the keys and parking key as no parking was available outside. Front door was a little difficult to open first time

Affordable, quiet, excellent location, everything you need after a day in the hills. Perfect if you don’t want to shell out for a hotel. Excellent communication from the owner. Just what I needed 👍🏻

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Very clean, tidy, well-equipped small apartment. It has everything you need and perfect location in Chamonix. Elisa is super thorough and communicative.

This accommodation is misrepresented. It’s a very small studio (think a small hotel room), not a one-bedroom flat. Installing foldable bunk beds in the hall doesn’t make it a bedroom. Two of us really struggled for space in the 4 days that we stayed, I would hate to think how three people would manage. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep in as are the bunk beds. Once you open them up there’s barely any space to move around. In addition, please read the fine print - parking is available at a surcharge and has to be booked in advance which I didn’t realise as the property description just says ‘private parking available’.

Location for the apartment was great, really clear directions provided by the host. From a couple of days in advance we were exchanging messages about how to find the apartment, how to access the parking, access the building, ski-locker etc. During the stay we had a bulb blow n the bathroom and after a quick message to the host - this was replaced by the time that we got back from the day on the slopes - Really couldn't have been more helpful and attentive

Not really a complaint because the description was really accurate but it would have been even better if there had just been a little bit more room in the apartment. However the location is easy to find, centrally based within few meters of shops and bars and a great base from which to explore.... and the host is most friendly and helpful host that you could wish for
