The apartment is in a fantastic location being a very short walk from the centre of Chamonix. This compact apartment was ideal for the two of us who stayed. It had everything we needed and was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was in contact well before we travelled to Chamonix with very clear instructions and guidance for the property, which I appreciated. As a result we greatly enjoyed our stay in Chamonix.

The flat (studio) is small, however well-equipped and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The location is very central and parking is available for an additional fee. Self-check in and check-out was smooth with all the instructions provided and the host was helpful. Thank you.

Difficult to pick up the keys and parking key as no parking was available outside. Front door was a little difficult to open first time

Excellent location, lovely little balcony, easy to use kitchen items, all kitchen items clean. Easy access to hiking areas. Excellent host, answered any questions I had promptly and was able to offer an early check in and late checkout which was great!

Not really a complaint because the description was really accurate but it would have been even better if there had just been a little bit more room in the apartment. However the location is easy to find, centrally based within few meters of shops and bars and a great base from which to explore.... and the host is most friendly and helpful host that you could wish for

Location for the apartment was great, really clear directions provided by the host. From a couple of days in advance we were exchanging messages about how to find the apartment, how to access the parking, access the building, ski-locker etc. During the stay we had a bulb blow n the bathroom and after a quick message to the host - this was replaced by the time that we got back from the day on the slopes - Really couldn't have been more helpful and attentive

An extra towel would have been good (there was only one). It was 30+ degrees so cold showers were needed!

Exactly as described, a typical holiday apartment in a quiet condo. Great location two streets from the heart of the town centre. 5 mins walk from the supermarket. Nice balcony to enjoy a coffee or dinner on. Oh, and gorgeous summer sunsets to witness. The instructions to locate the apartment (sent over whatsapp by the host - who was attentive and polite) were very easy to follow. I collected the keys from the lockbox which made it super quick. Top tip - the Roman pizza-by-the-slice place across the road is THE BEST. You have to go, it's life-changingly good pizza. I'm still thinking about it.

It’s a studio flat without any rooms. The double bed is a sofa bed which you need to set it up every hm night before sleep

It’s a fully function apartment although it’s a bit small… you can find it convenient especially with the microwave oven and washing machine.

The flat is cosy, someone would even say small with just one room. Perfect for 2 adults, quite cramped for 3 adults, and I wouldn't recommend this for more than 3 adults.

Elisa has a great flat in the center of Chamonix! She's a welcoming host ready to help with anything. The flat has an excellent location with a walking distance from the Chamonix restaurants and after-ski, yet still quiet. The flat includes a small kitchen for making breakfast or snacks, modern bathroom, and a small ski room.

Elisa was an excellent host who really goes out of her way to ensure you have an easy and comfortable stay. Thorough instructions on arrival meant our check-in and out were very easy and we really appreciated Elisa’s help in reuniting us with something we left behind in the apartment when we left! The flat itself is definitely ‘cosy’ but has everything you need and is very comfortable and warm with a lovely little balcony and brand new bathroom with an amazing shower - just what you need after a day on the slopes! There is also a ski room at the entrance and a car parking spot, both of which are very handy. The location is also perfect - a short walk into town and right next to the bus stops for the slopes.

it can be tight space wise for a family but still manageable. i am not too sure if the bunk beds would support adults. the children shared the lower bunk as the idea of strapping them to sleep on the top bunk wasn’t welcomed by them so lucky they are quite small and were able to share perfectly fine. other than that everything was great and gorgeous.

the apartment is walking distance to everything and is lovely and cosy with great views. the apartment has all the facilities needed for the stay from washing machine / dryer / teas /kettle, microwave etc .. the host is absolutely brilliant and excelled in communication with us. she event set up a Christmas tree since she knew we were coming with kids.

Inaccurate description there is no bedroom and this is a STUDIO with pull down bunkbeds in the hall way which then block access to the bathroom and block the only exit so in an emergency, it would be a danger to guests. Unsafe bunkbeds with no safety rail and ladder which does not fix well to the top bunk. Over crowded with kitchen equipment which leaves no storage for food. Some cupboards, but no room for luggage and jackets. When all beds, which are temporary, are put up for the night there is no room left and luggage had to be placed in front of the door. With the top bunk down, it’s so narrow that walking into the studio, you have to move to the side to avoid hitting your shoulder or head on the corner of it. Sofa bed uncomfortable and two friends sharing kept each other awake all night as this dips in the middle. I If you are skiing and have lots of clothes and equipment this is too cosy and the photos are deceiving, please see the actual layout of the property. This is only suitable for 2 people. please do not book this if you have children, the bunkbeds are too dangerous, they will fall out. AVIOD if you have any physical challenges or want to feel comfortable and move around with ease. UPDATE: response to owner – Complaint made to Booking.com who have given us a partial refund due to your listing being inaccuracy. You did NOT offer a FULL refund but partial. We didn't stay as we liked it but it was a school holiday and all affordable accommodation was fully booked. We had NO CHOICE we looked and wasted 5 hours of our holiday trying to find somewhere else. You don’t show the ladder attached you have to crawl under the ladder to get to the bathroom or exit. Bunks too low to store luggage and no space under table as chairs. Adults and older children will still have a serious injury if they fall from bunk and no mention of this in your listing!
