However, we’d like to clarify that you rented a self-catered apartment, meaning all the necessary check-in information was provided in advance on your phone so you could access the property as soon as you arrived. Unfortunately, despite having clear instructions, you struggled with using a simple magnetic key and insisted that we come in person, even though August is an extremely busy period, and our team was working hard to manage all arrivals. Additionally, you could have simply called us for assistance, but instead, you repeatedly demanded an in-person visit as if this were a hotel with a concierge service on call. If you expect full hotel service, we recommend booking a hotel and paying the appropriate rate. We always strive to provide a smooth and efficient check-in experience for all our guests, but we also expect a basic level of independence when staying in a self-catered property.
