The key was placed in an encrypted mailbox, and I sought help from passers-by in the building before I found it. A more straightforward check-in would be better. There is no luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out, which is not very convenient.

The wifi was very intermittent and the expected car parking did not eventuate (out of owner’s control I believe). The lack of an exhaust in the bathroom seemed odd, and may be an issue for those staying in winter!

Very efficiently constructed interior for the size of the apartment. Very clean and good light. Lots of storage space, very comfortable sleeping and seating. The essential cooking facilities also very neat, compact and very satisfactory. The balcony is brilliant overlooking a big open area and also sensational views of the mountains. Absolutely fabulous. The apartment location is brilliant also, with cafes, bakery, restaurants, etc within few minutes walk.

There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen – it's a small thing, but an important one. What was unpleasant was the disco or club that played loud music from 1 AM to 5 AM every night.

The apartment is near the center of Chamonix and opposite the Aiguille du Midi. There is a grocery store, a boulangerie, a pharmacy, and some restaurants in close proximity. The apartment was fine for two people for a short stay. Everything was clean and nice.

Noise , wether coming from inside the building or outside the building from midnight- 6 am . Chamonix village is a party town.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the elevator is out of use. In case you're bringing heavy luggage or ski stuff you have to climb the spiral staircase. But then again this is not the owner's fault.

The bed was comfy and clean. You don't need to bring your own bedsheet. Towels provided. Basic kitchen stuff provided enough for a short stay. Has fridge, electric stove and dishwasher. The bathroom has shampoo and shower gel provided. The mirror has extra light on. Hair dryer also provided. The owner even put an adapter in case you didn't bring any which is really convenient. You can only park outside since the indoor parking is under maintenance.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The host was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in and check-out are very simple with very clear instructions from the host. The apartment is small but is has everything a couple needs. It was very clean when we arrived. The space is used very cleverly. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is really well designed. The view from the balcony is stunning! Everything was just perfect and I would definitely book it again.

Lovely compact apartment, thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the space, very clean, plenty of parking and ideally located. Very close to local bakery, supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Only 5-10 mins walk to Main Street in Chamonix.

Charming apartment in the heart of Chamonix Sud close to local amenities and a short stroll in to the centre of Chamonix. Excellent use of the space, finished to a high standard with a wooden contemporary theme. We only stayed one night and we were grateful that Samuel was able to accommodate us with a last minute reservation having finished the TMB one day earlier than expected. Easy self check-in and check out.

A small very modern, unique apartment. It has it all down to the smallest details. Perfectly located. A super comfortable bed. a sweet balcony and a very responsive owner. We wish I had more than 2 nights
