Great location, super close to Aiguille du Midi. Room facility is the same as described.

The key was placed in an encrypted mailbox, and I sought help from passers-by in the building before I found it. A more straightforward check-in would be better. There is no luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out, which is not very convenient.

Excellent value for money with a comfortable stay in Chamonix. The space was adequate for us to relax and to get everywhere pretty fast.

Very efficiently constructed interior for the size of the apartment. Very clean and good light. Lots of storage space, very comfortable sleeping and seating. The essential cooking facilities also very neat, compact and very satisfactory. The balcony is brilliant overlooking a big open area and also sensational views of the mountains. Absolutely fabulous. The apartment location is brilliant also, with cafes, bakery, restaurants, etc within few minutes walk.

The wifi was very intermittent and the expected car parking did not eventuate (out of owner’s control I believe). The lack of an exhaust in the bathroom seemed odd, and may be an issue for those staying in winter!

Was in a very good location and the free parking is in a next door parking lot which came in handy. Also has self check in if the owner gives you the correct locker code 😏

Internet didn’t work in the 2 day stay. Pillows were horrible and bed was cozy to say the least.

Directions to the property

The apartment is near the center of Chamonix and opposite the Aiguille du Midi. There is a grocery store, a boulangerie, a pharmacy, and some restaurants in close proximity. The apartment was fine for two people for a short stay. Everything was clean and nice.

There is no kitchen towel in the kitchen – it's a small thing, but an important one. What was unpleasant was the disco or club that played loud music from 1 AM to 5 AM every night.

Very nice place with all necessary facilities. Small but enough space for comfortable stay. Excellent location. Smooth and friendly communication with the host. All necessary information is provided. Really enjoyed our stay.

Bed is good but assumes a minor climbing, while what else one can expect in Chamonix? :)

The apartment’s location is awesome and super convenient for exploring the area. The Aiguille Du Midi cable car is right in front of the building, and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

There are a few downsides: the heating system didn’t work/adjustable during my entire 6-day stay, so it was pretty cold inside. Even though the host said they’d fix it, no one showed up. There’s also a bar nearby that can get really noisy until 4 a.m. on weekends, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Checkout is at 10 a.m., which feels too early since check-in isn’t until 3 p.m. Also, the WiFi wasn’t working properly.

You had to climb over the sofa to get onto the foot end of the bed. No ability to get out of the bed from either side, which made it a little difficult if you had to get up during the night. Also, there was no TV.

Fantastic facilities, loved the fit out - shower was amazing. Great location, an easy walk to the town centre.

I did find it a little noisy but I had the window open at night for some fresh air.

Excellent location, right in the center of things. Grocery store around the corner, restaurants, shops, and information center around the location. Small, but ideal for a solo or couple.

Room was very small, but so well designed that we were very comfortable. Everything worked well and Samuel provided prompt support when needed. Location was fantastic. We would stay there again.

Noise , wether coming from inside the building or outside the building from midnight- 6 am . Chamonix village is a party town.
