Apartment is quite small, not a lot of room for 2 people and bags. Arriving is a little tricky had to double park in a lane way and drop our bags off. one person had to take up to room while other waited in the car and then had to find the car park. Fold out sofa bed not that comfortable. Apartment is very hot even in winter, we didn’t even have the radiator on, I asked if there was other heating in apartment host said no, but definitely some sort of central or floor heating that you cant control. We had window open most of the time day and night. Street noise from people coming home from pubs. Although I’ve listed a lot of negatives the location and views out weigh these and they Wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Views were breathtaking and location amazing. Chamonix is just the most gorgeous little town. Apartment has a lift, kitchen has everything you need. Shower hot and good pressure. Cafes, restaurants and shops very close. Easy Walk to station, cable cars. Bus stops everywhere (free transport card given to us by host), free good wifi. Netflix. Having a car park in underground car park was great. Electronic check in easy. Host let us check in early. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is not very spacious so we had to maneuver around our big suitcase when we left it open. However, we expected this and we didn’t mind because the view from the window and the location makes it all worth it!

The view from the big windows exceeded our expectations! This property is located a few seconds away from a supermarket and right in the town centre. The complimentary indoor parking (which is only a short walk away) was very convenient since we had a car. Self check in was smooth and the host is very responsive. The sofa bed is comfortable. We would definitely rebook this accommodation if we return to Chamonix!

I find sofa beg not comfortable, could be I used to the actual bed. Wondering how if it is share with two people?

A fan supplied would have been good. The weather was hot and the windows in full sun. The property was extremely compact! (Small)

Good central location. All useful kitchen equipment supplied shame there was not a cooling fan as well.

It was very noisy when we opened the window to sleep. An addition of a fan or portable air con would have helped. The view makes you forget…

As a solo traveller it was perfect with great views of the mountains and everything I needed. Very close to the village and a bakery opposite.. Having a lift in the building was very good.

Super location in downtown Chamonix. Very compact apartment (sofa converted to a comfortable bed) but it had everything we required and we LOVED the mountain view from the window.

Some minor issues with the parking ticket were easily resolved by the owner

Small apartment with sofa bed and well equipped kitchen. Amazing view of Mt. Blanc. Parking included (which can be very expensive in Chamonix.)

Parking is in the nearby parking garage (hight limit 2 meters) and not onsite parking as the host says. No separate bedroom (studio apartment with sleeping couch).

the room is very tight for two adults. the property provided only 1 roll of toilet paper and no shampoo for 5 nights stay, the owner said only provide those for the first day, not sure if it’s French custom or the owner being cheap, anyhow, we end up buying those ourselves. not much costs, but not very welcoming gesture. The unit door lock doesn’t function properly and had to leave the door unlocked for 3 days, luckily didn’t lose anything.

location is good. however the closest lift to Brevent is a T bar and very very busy in the morning, waited almost half an hour there :(, it’s a walking distance though.

the dishes in the cabinet were very dirty, the hanging “clean” towels had long black hairs on them and so did the bathroom floor, it’s very small- the bed is a sofa bed.

The bed was a fold out couch which filled the living space when it was folded out. It was comfortable once pulled out, but took both of us to manage unfolding it.

Room is in an apartment building with no on-site staff. Power was out on second day in the halls and elevator. No on-site parking. A car park pass was provided but it turned out to be expired and cost me two days parking fee at the car park. The person charges 2 days cleaning fees on top of the rental but no one is around.

View from the window. Walking distance to trains and food options. Place was.clean but small with only a pull out couch as a bed.

Everything is great. The parking downstairs was limited and just unload your luggage and move off to the designated parking area.

Brilliant location right next to the Main Street but not with the crowd. Waiting distance all within 10 to 15 min for the cable cars rides. Apartment is fully functional with microwave, small stove and view of the mountain. Even though the host pass us the access card for free public transport, we did not get to use it since everything is within walking distance

The bed is not the most comfortable and is a bit noisy. May be better for solo travelers.

The location and view can not be beat. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the cable car to Aiguille du Midi. The kitchenette is stocked with basics so you can have some simple meals in. The bathroom is very nice and I found the water pressure to be better than the other places we had stayed.
