It would have been lovely to have had some tea bags, milk and perhaps instructions on how to use the coffee machine. I was sleeping on the sofa and my friend was upstairs on the double bed. It would have been handy to have some spare sheets etc but we managed. As its on the top floor there are three sets of stairs but that was good exercise so we didnt mind at all. Not so good if you have a baby with a stroller or lots of baggage

Its a beautiful airy apartment, very nicely furnished and well kitted out. Nice and clean. Great central location in the town and easy to find thanks to good instructions. Very good communication with the owner. Thank you!

The door to the toilet doesn't close properly, the plates and cutlery weren't really clean and there is no banister at the stairs to get up to the bed

The studio is 30 min walk from the coast. Trash was not removed by previous visitors. Bedding was not ironed and left a feeling that it was already used.

The accommodations were unsanitary, with an unacceptable level of dust accumulation that triggered allergies for my wife and children.  Furthermore, some food products were outdated, rubbish was on the floor, and the pillows were stained, presenting additional hygiene concerns. As a result, we left the property within 15 minutes of check-in, as we did not foresee a satisfactory outcome. We initially tried to find different accommodations, but failing that, we continued our journey. This was far from ideal, as we needed a proper break after driving over 1200 km. I contacted the property owner. She initially agreed to reimburse me, then a few minutes later accused me of scamming her. I found her verbally aggressive in her messages. I would consider looking elsewhere.

Location was okay; the house could be outstanding with the right amount of attention.

Big fat dead flies in the kitchen. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all and I fell once whilst asleep. Banging noises heard throughout the night from the kitchen fan, blinds were not shutting resulting in huge amount of light into the apartment from sunrise, so no sleep for me. Owner called the police on me and my two children for being late checking out, a total of 6 armed police officers arrived at the door forcing me to leave straight away otherwise I'll get arrested. Attitude of owner is disgusting, no replies to my messages, not sending me full check in instructions, apartment third floor, no lift. Toilet doesn't have a sink. I have video proof of all this and has been forwarded to booking.com to take appropriate action and get a full refund. I travel alot and I only do honest reviews for potential customers to any property I've been to.

unfortunately we were 4 people (2 adults + 2 Kids). The bed for 2 was fine - well sleeped. The sofa for sleeping was not suitable resulting in no sleep for 2 people.. Therefore Sofa replacement or additional matraz if familiies will book.

No on-site parking as was advertised. Owner did not pick up phone calls or respond to messages. Sofa bed unsafe as legs only under half of bed. 1 adult and our 3 year old fell off the bed as it flipped over causing injury. Automatic window shutter broken and stuck half open meaning sun shines right onto sofa bed early in the morning due to slanted roof. Hot water dial in shower backwards so 1 adult burned themself when trying to use cold water. Entry hall floor covered in dirty laundry and miscellaneous pieces of furniture and tools etc.... Looks like a fire hazard. Mold found in bowl in kitchen. Very unpleasant stay. Complained to booking.com who waited 5 business days and owner failed to respond to our complaint.

It is rented as a family apartment for 4 persons, but the sofa bed in the living room is absolutely unsuitable for two people so one of the kids had to sleep on pillows on the floor. Comfortable for 2 or 3 people, definitely not for four. Kitchen sparsely outfitted.
