A very pleasant stay here. Location. Near Spar convenience store (one of the better stocked ones), and Carrefour supermarket. Near the bus terminal, so less lugging of bulky luggage. Also very much walking distance to town centre with shops and restaurants. So you pretty much get the best of everything here if you are entering and leaving Chamonix via bus. Lauranne is extremely responsive in answering all queries. She also provided a lot of information in her booklet within the apartment. The apartment is not large but it handled our family of 2 adults and 1 toddler very well. It is larger than the impression you might get from the pictures. The layout, interior design and furniture has been very well thought through to maximize the floor area. We stayed 2 nights before and another 2 nights after a 4d3n shortened TMB hike and felt very comfortable in the space. The apartment is maintained well (apparently quite newly renovated) and feels clean.

Main area for improvement is to consider having wifi. I removed 1 point from the score for this reason. Apart from that, minor issues that did not significantly impact our stay: 1. Shower cubicle area is small, and the water drainage is slow (unless I remove the plug completely) 2. Area under the carpet needs to be cleaned (I don't expect most people to even get to this issue, but I needed to partially flip it to close all bedroom doors when my daughter was napping

Fantastic flat! Very comfortable & cosy. Small but with everything you need for a short break for two. Great amenities in the kitchen, despite small space. Comfy bed. Balcony is great. Fab location!

Parking requires key fob for entry which is with the apartment keys - not so bad when you arrive as you can quickly go get it while waiting to park. However you need the fob to leave the car park before you check out. We checked out assuming we could then just leave the car park without fob. Worth being aware before you leave 😊

Everything like location,only 10 meters near to Bus stand ,very near to city centre, all tourists spot you can go by walk . Room has all required accessories.

I feel room is little but small for 3 people but it is manageable for short tour like ours.

Clear check in instructions, compact, clean, excellent location - close to all amenities yet quiet, comfortable double bed, Lauranne was lovely, quick to respond, very helpful even informing us as soon as the apartment was available. We loved Chamonix and loved our stay in her apartment.

It was amazing time in this cozy, wonderful, super comfortable apartment. The apartment took place in the center 5 min walk to the main shopping street and with very beautiful view outside. It was our first time in Chamonix and it’s was great! The best thing is that you can find something basic here like ( shower gel, salt, olive oil,pasta,tea) and feels what somebody care of you 🙂

Everything was literally perfect. Starting from a self- checkin with a very detailed instruction. The apartment was exceptionally clean, there were all necessary things for the stay (even more). I would love to come back. Please just note two things: there is no WiFi at the moment and there is no washing machine (but laundry is just around the corner). For us these two aspects were not a problem at all

The apartment is located in a great area that has easy access to everything you need. The view from the small balcony is a dream and the bed is very comfortable. Bonus that there was free parking (not common in France)

The kitchen was bathroom are very small. Cooking was challenging with such little space and the cookware is subpar.

If you need to crash for one night, might do. Other than that, better see comfort

Apartment building has a stank of tobacco smokers , the apartment is right next to a balcony where everyone smokes and puts on music after 23.00.
