Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicVery good apartment. We received detailed instructions on how to check in, really lovely greeting. The apartment had everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending the evening on the terrace. There is no regular bed in the apartment, so be prepared for sleeping on a sofa which is not so comfortable. We didn't like the pillows either. The beach is very close. There is a grocery store nearby too. Good garage. May be a little narrow but i have a big car and I easily drove there without hitting anything. Many thanks to the owner of the apartment, we will definitely go back there, I recommend it

The location is a few mins walk to the beach and into the beautiful vibrant town. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visting Cannes. It was perfect! Thank you Brigitte for everything. Really lovely studio with balcony terrace. Host was very hospitable and always helped if their was an issue. The flat was lovely and felt very much at peace to sleep.

RomaniaIt may look a bit quaint, but this was such a warm little place to come back to during (Cannes) winter days. The couch is comfortable, internet speed is good, and the kitchen space, although small and lacking comfortable seating, is really well equipped. The host may seem to overwhelm you with details before arrival, but she only tries to makes sure that all possible questions are answered. She was so thoughtful about check-in and check-out times, and so welcoming, although we haven't met. It was pretty cold during my stay, so I couldn't enjoy the big terrace as much as I would have liked, but it's surely an awesome place for eating, working or relaxing. It helps that all you see before your eyes when you go out on it is vegetation, not concrete. Midi beach is close by, Aldi supermarket is right around the corner, opening at 8:30 in the morning, and the top of Le Suquet, offering some of the most spectacular views over Cannes, is only 15 minutes away.
