We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The loft luxe isa fantastic apartment right in the epicentre of the old quarter and close to many fantastic restaurants and easy access to shops. It has everything you need to self cater should you wish but the recommendations for food that the hosts provided were all excellent. The apartment is extremely spacious and a fantastic home for a week in Bordeaux from which to explore locally and wider. We explored both wineries and the coast. Local parking in a large indigo car park is ideally located if you have a car. There is WiFi and television with Netflix should you just need to collapse after a day out. Bordeaux as a city is amazing and one that should be on your list. The loft has a lovely terrace that is ideal for sitting out on. There is a pool downstairs which we didn’t get to use but clearly was used.

Great location, in the centre, but a quiet side street. Minutes away from the main attractions. A large 3rd floor apartment, very clean. Free bread delivery each morning. No need for a car, take the excellent tram or bus network.

Very clean, modern, and nicely furnished apartment. The pictures are very accurate. Excellent location in the center of Bordeaux. The building was quiet. It was very relaxing. The little restaurant across the street less than 25m away was absolutely fantastic and there were so many great places to eat and drink just around the corner. We will stay here again!

United States* Did not have heat and it got cold. Staff advised that they couldn’t activate heat for one apartment only since they have just switched to summer mode…🤷♂️ * They only provide 2 towels. We had to request additional ones. Also, there is nowhere to hang a towel when taking a shower * Elevator quit working and we had to move luggage down from third floor manually. They offered help but there was nobody on site and we needed to leave. * No staff on site. You need to communicate via text message. If they would take care of the above items, the rating would be higher. American tourists are used to all those details.

United StatesWe were provided with big bath and small towels. We are used to have three pieces of towels in the States. I do not understand why most of the places in Europe do not provide tissue papers. It is not equipped with many plates, glasses, and cups. We do not want to run dishwasher often and end up washing them by hand.
The location in the downtown area was very convenient. We could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

So many great things about this apartment. Very spacious with a great balcony and in an excellent location. With a few small changes it would be perfect.
