Everything was perfect.

We selected the apartment because has parking (and as a plus swimming pool). There is no parking.

Clean and spacious apartment in the middle of Bordeaux. Great location for exploring. Francois was very helpful on arrival and made everything easy for us.

Spacious, each room with own bathroom, Air condition was amazing for 100 degree weather in Bordeaux. Location was excellent to bustling shopping area. We were able to walk to lots of great restaurants. Nice inclusion of basic breakfast items.

Croissants in the morning were a bit soggy by the time it arrived.

Very central location and easy to meet with tours. Great restaurants nearby and the apartment was very spacious, comfortable and we enjoyed the daily baguettes and croissants.

Great place to stay very clean and comfortable Some complained about bugs- wine gnats - nothing really , people complained about uber not coming close enough- taxis can uber cannot, Bordeaux is mostly pedestrian roads only taxis can drive on some of the pedestrian roads to protect the buildings from pollution.

1) Location is really great (apart from the fact that it is located on a pedestrian street , but still walking distance from nearby parking) 2) Fresh croissants were really tasty 3) Easy check in - check out process 4) Kitchen facilities - as travelers with little kid we had everything we needed to prepare some simple baby food

1) Air Conditioning did not work. We asked a manager to support, but she advised to open the windows. Sleeping with open windows was very very noisy (people with suitcases on the cobbled road, drunk people outside, service cars taking away garbage at 6am, etc), and we emphasized the importance of having AC working. It was fixed for 1 night and then did not work again. When I messaged to manager, she simply ignored and replied nothing. 2) The mattresses are uncomfortable, very soft, with some bumps. The end of a healthy back. For some people these may be insignificant things, but for me personally sleeping is the most important thing on vacation. Without a normal mattress, silence and a comfortable temperature it was essentially impossible to rest. After receiving such an unprofessional response from the hotel, I am lowering my overall rating. 1) You did not provide any clear explanation. Your message stated, "cold mode will not workpress the round button to turn off you can open windows" [kept the syntax] I have kept screenshots of our correspondence. I apologize if I misinterpreted your instructions, but I am still unsure how else to interpret this message. 2) We maintained the apartment in very good condition. We washed and put away the dishes, took out the trash, and left the bathrooms clean and tidy. We have a small child and ensure that the toilets are kept clean, if only for basic hygiene reasons. To accuse us of neglecting cleanliness is simply dishonest and highly unprofessional. Failing to acknowledge your own mistakes and blaming them on your clients is, in my view, the height of unprofessionalism.

The location was incredibly convenient. We loved the fact that we had seperate en-suites for the three couples. The provisions provided were exceptional and that was still topped by the croissants and baguette delivered magically every morning!

Nothing really! Some felt the shape of the pillows was not suited for sleeping.

Size, location and facilities of the apartment were excellent. Croissants and baguettes provided daily were fresh & delicious and butter and jam, orange juice provided were a lovely surprise.

That the weather wasn't warm enough for us to swim in the pool.

Location is superb- right in the heart of St Pierre and also close to the river and trams. Nicely done and very modern. Daily baguettes and croissants are great, also juice, milk butter, jam and tea and coffee provided. Pool good if very cold!!

Hardly anything- leather on one of the bed frames flaking slightly and one cupboard in kitchen slightly damaged

Location was fantastic! Room size was great. The milk, butter and juice were a great touch. And the breakfast was delish! Delivered to the door.

The pool was freezing! But we didn’t mind it as we were glad to cool down.

Couldn’t fault it

The owner provided croissants and bagguettes every morning. The A/C worked well. Unusual to find a pool. There was milk, OJ, jam, coffee, available for consumption.

We were charged an additional Eur12 for city tax eventhough it was paid in the bookings with our credit card. We would expect a refund for that amount as it comes off as being suspicious.

Expensive apartment but that was due to the location which couldn’t have been any better. Everything else just seemed a little budget and in need of some TLC, for example breakfast provided but no real choice and sometimes wasteful.. no English tea only peppermint or earl grey. There were two hairdryers between three rooms but one of them only blew cold air. Only One pillow each. Bathroom door didn’t lock on one of the rooms and the drains were quite smelly. On the whole the apartment was clean but then I found some left over food (duck pate) in our fridge. Was met on arrival but then the host spent fifteen minutes on a personal call leaving us standing around in the foyer waiting. Just lacked the special touches that makes a memorable stay.

Great location and real oasis from the crowds

My wife and I travel a lot and have used more than 40 rental apartments. Property T4 Le Courbin in Bordeaux is the best we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, everything – beds, appliances, etc. looked very new and there was good temperature control. Simple luxury. No particularly nice views, but it was very quiet, nestled in a side street with no commercial activity. Yet, it was one short block in every direction for very interesting neighborhoods with many bars and restaurants and shops. Truly a fantastic location! - a 5-minute walk from Plaza Bourse and the Great Opera and Parliament Square. We were met at the door at our arrival and shown everything about the apt. Very easy to get in and out of the building. We can’t recommend this property enough.

This beautiful apartment was right in the middle of Old Town—walking distance to so many things—either historic, eating or shopping. It also was very close to the tram stop that could take you further away. Bathrooms were great and there was a convenient washer and dryer that helped on our 5 week trip.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this wonderful place!!
