The the view of the ocean was not that great as the hotel is right next to a metro station and the balcony is facing a large construction crane and a busy noisy street. The balcony could not be used for viewing the ocean or the sunrise

The pool was cold and not heat it at all times when I was there and that was not a good thing, especially since I was expecting to go to the pool and the weather was cold so they should’ve thought about that ahead of time. Also, it was insane to park thank God for the gentleman in the Night Shift. I tipped him so he could park the car for me at night for me not to get a ticket.

What I liked about the property was the fact that I can have this amazing breakfast for €15 and the restaurant had quite a great menu and a full bar

The rooms are clean but pretty old and need to be refurbished. We unpleasantly saw a cockroach in our room before going to bed. According to the receptionist it’s common practice as it s an old building. I would recommend to treat the hotel maybe or try to find a solution… I was expecting her to do a gesture on the final invoice (we had cocktails, we ate at the property and all). She simply offered us two bottles of water, which was nice but still not very concerned.

The room had a bit of a musty smell when we didn't have the window open but wasn't a big deal. Hotel was about 3km from the main centre of town (we knew this when we booked) but we didnt realise how difficult it would be to get taxis (not many of them around and the phone operators didnt speak english). The hotel was very helpful booking taxis for us when we asked, but it is something to keep in mind if you don't have a car.

The rooftop restaurant/bar was fantastic, great place to chill - it was cloudy the whole time we were there but I imagine it would be stunning on a clear sunny day. Pool and spa area was great. Staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with as we don't speak French. Bed was comfy, room was perfectly fine for what we needed.

Very nice place. The rooftop bar and the pool area are gorgeous. The bar has a great view, good drinks and is a super nice place to sit in the afternoon or in the night. The garden with the pool area is also great. Everything is done with great detail.

The room was a little dark with a view of a hedge but to be honest we didn’t need to be in the room much and the rooftop was s as much nicer place to hang out

The rooftop bar and restaurant were lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. The pool was small but a welcome respite from the heat. The food was delicious and great cocktails.

Even though the hotel is well located being close to the city center by car, the biggest minus is represented by the traffic of the road passing right in front of the hotel. You can’t sleep during the night with the door open, you feel in the middle of the highway. If you have no problem with the noise or sleeping with the air conditioning on, it’s fine.

We have enjoyed everything except for the noise. Very clean, very comfortable, great service, the rooftop is an oasis - the pool, the bar, the restaurant, the atmosphere. The food suuuuper tasty, the cocktails great, the personnel.

Personell on the rooftop was unwelcoming. One of the staff member was laughing at us thinking we didn’t understand what she was saying.

Very friendly staff, cute room, great rooftop restaurant and great value for the money. The only thing that could use a bit of investment is the bedroom’s mattress. Otherwise a “sans faute”

The reserved parking spots for the guests would have been so convenient. Other than that no complaints.

Great location, but definitely rent a car at the airport, because one way ride to the hotel will cost you not less than 70 euros. Lovely hotel, decent breakfast with all the basics (charged on top), clean rooms, balcony view is stunning. The hotel is quiet and safe, would definitely come back.

My suggestions for improvement would be to change the mattress in the room 28 which is bit tired.

The staff, the restaurant and the overall customer service was great for the price.

The location can be a bit problematic without a car as the public transport to the centre has a frequency of every 30 mins till around 19:30. We had a room on the first floor and the sound insulation wasn't that great. There was a loose manhole cover on the street and you can hear it whenever a car drives over it. That was a bit irritating early in the morning.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and amenities were as described. The room was clean, with a balcony and good view of the sea. There was coffee and 2 bottles of water as a welcome. They also offered complimentary tea in the afternoon. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were functioning and easily accessible. We had an early morning checkout, the reception booked and coordinated with the taxi company in a reliable way. The restaurant upstairs also had a good selection of food and cocktails. There was also a beautiful beach nearby with a pleasant restaurant. Overall enjoyable stay and we would certainly recommend.
