The restaurant has amazing views, but the food was very average, & some of the restaurant staff were a a bit unfriendly.

Loved this hotel and its healthy focus. The staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. The breakfast waa lovely and we had amazing views.

Check in 4pm, makes the room expensive Panoramique restaurant amazing view BUT at 8.00pm a third of the choices on the menu were not available. The concept and presentation of the dishes were good, but this did not hide the undercooked pasta and the over lemoned sauce.

Nice hotel on beautiful location direct to the beach. Great beds for adults,but I would not recommend the room with bunk bed for kids >10 years old.

The only comment would be that unless you have a car it is not easy or cheap to go further afield due to lack of transport links in that location at this time of year

Quiet and relaxed environment and proximity to beach and interesting marina. We enjoyed the beach bar although it closed for the season the day after we arrived

location is a little far from the town centre but we used the hotel bokes at a cost to get around . Many of the staff do not speak English .

The hotel rooms are beautiful . Only some staff can speak English which was a challenge . You are not allowed to swim in the pool until you have the correct bathers . The restaurant on the 6th floor is beautiful

Maybe a wider menu choice in the panaramique restaurant

Loved the whole experience from check in to check out. Parking was easy, room more spacious and comfortable than expected with fresh cold water supplied on each floor. We used both restaurants and food quality was superb in both,

Nothing, we loved our stay.

We had a room half looking the sea and half the garden. It's a good size room with a balcony protected from the wind. The bed is big and comfortable with a menu of cushions. Everything is clean and well organized. Free parking lot and great walks are just the bonus.

paid an amount of 45€ for a poor quality swimming boxer which i used just for 40 minutes and will never used again as it is ugly and poor quality. This price is completely abusive!  A shame for the user experience

We stayed for 2 nights, despite this beautiful location, the staff were very unprofessional: the 1st day while checking in, the lady said we have access to the spa but only after 5:30 it is available for kids; the 2nd day another person at the reception said that we don’t have access to the spa and we have to pay 12 euro per person; the 3rd day, my mom went to the spa, for about an hour and a half, but while checking out, the lady asked for half day spa which is 25 euro; i tried to explain to her that every day someone tells us a different story, but she was so mean, so I paid and left. the outside swimming pool was not hot, especially the one for the kids, it was so cold even though they mentioned that the swimming pool is heated.

Bath Tub dangerous... I hit the back of my head on the marble sink when I lay down in the Bath Tub All the armchairs in the panoramic restaurant have very very damaged armrests, even the leather in pieces. This is not very 4 star HOTEL !!
