Italy- When we checked in the staff didn’t warn us that in the room there weren’t enough towels for the both of us to shower, we figure it out once inside. - Breakfast price isn’t the same shown on their website. The last two days of our stay there were a lot of guests so we had small issues finding a clean table and clean kitchenware.
Hotel room was clean and the location was ok if you had a car, in fact it has a parking inside. Staying in Caen was very convenient for us to visit Normandy.

United KingdomThis was the perfect place for our overnight stop before catching the ferry. Bonus was an afternoon by the outdoor pool I didn’t realise was there! The room was spacious and clean, good shower and comfy bed. The Nespresso coffee machine was appreciated. Staff were lovely - especially those on the bar/restaurant in the evening. We ate dinner at the restaurant and food was excellent. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the memorial museum and a short drive into the city centre. It’s an easy 20 min drive to the ferry port. We would recommend staying here.

United KingdomThe swimming pool was not open even though the hotel details state was open at this time of year July. Shame as the main reason I booked this hotel in Caen was for the pool to cool off and relax after a long day of travelling.
Nice modern rooms with everything you need, great shower and comfy bed etc. Restaurant food was good although a bit pricey for what was available.

United KingdomHowever, the meal I ordered was disappointing. The 19 Euro meal I had included a very small piece of Cod and lots of carrots and peas not worth the price and lacked flavour. We would recommend revisiting the restaurant menu to ensure it delivers value for money as this establishment is excellent in comfort, facilities and cleanliness. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work and service.
We arrived closer to 09:00pm to the hotel on 29/06/25. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant is modern, clean and well maintained with excellent service and great value.
