We had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 6 nights, and from the very beginning, even before our arrival, we were incredibly impressed by the care and attention to detail from our hosts. Before we even set foot on the property, we received all the information we could possibly need: a personal welcome message, a video tour of our room, the Wi-Fi password, and even a detailed digital guide with helpful information about the accommodation, the hosts themselves, and the beautiful region surrounding Riberac. It immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. When we arrived, we were blown away. The room was stunning, romantic, full of French charm, yet equipped with every modern comfort you could wish for. To our surprise and delight, the fridge had already been thoughtfully stocked with essentials, which made us feel instantly at home. Although we were unable to park in the originally assigned spot, this was resolved straight away with a great alternative, a perfect example of how attentive and solution-oriented the hosts were throughout our stay. They were also incredibly generous with their time and advice, offering plenty of tips about where to go, what to see, and how to make the most of our holiday. Thanks to their suggestions, we discovered so many cute and picturesque villages nearby, each one more charming than the last. And on days when we just wanted to relax, lounging by the pool was absolute bliss. The hospitality, the setting, the comfort, the attention to detail, everything was beyond perfect. This place is a true gem. If we could rate it higher than 10/10, we absolutely would. We already know we’ll be coming back, without a doubt. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

There is nothing that they could have done to make it better. They have genuinely gone the extra mile to make it a wonderful stay.

Ann and Danny were genuinely the most friendly and welcoming hosts that I have ever come across. Without being 'over-attentive' they made sure that we had everything we needed and they helped us out with all bookings which made everything super easy. We had the top floor apartment so nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed to feel like you were at home. The cleanliness and condition of everything inside and out was well above expectations, they've clearly put a lot of effort into making sure that it looks wonderful and stays like it! Riberac is a great little town with plenty of places to eat/drink at and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. The welcome guide that Anne and Danny send you over email or WhatsApp is great, tells you everything you need to know about the area, including what to do and when to do it! Would recommend to anyone and would love to go back!

Amazing lovely friendly helpful fun hosts Annie and Danny! Regular offers of beers and ice creams. Great communication, wonderful with our two boys. Really generous welcome pack. Couldn't have done enough for us! Fab location - amazing river and lake beaches, beautiful villages and towns nearby, very easy to walk to nice bars and restaurants locally. Really comfortable beds and good facilities. Loved our stay!

Absolutely nothing, it was gorgeous and elegant and Danny and Annie did a great job.

Superb hosts who worked hard to make the week special for us. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. The pool at the end of a hot day and a long walk was very welcome too. Good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fab towns within driving distance too.

Ann and Danny were the most amazing hosts. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and everything had been carefully thought out. A very nice touch was a complimentary food hamper on our arrival, including wine! The pool and surrounding lounging area was so pretty. We seriously couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be returning. La Maison Chaleureuse was an incredible find. Thank you both so much 😘

So glad we chose La Maison Chaleureuse for our stay in Ribérac. The property is in a quiet part of the town, just 5 mins walk to the centre where there is a nice selection of shops, restaurants and cafés to choose from including a fabulous boulangerie/patisserie. We were blown away by the property itself. The house is simply beautiful inside and out and has a heated pool with sunny and shaded terraced areas. There are 2 suites - ´The Pastoral’ and ´The Nautical’ and a 3 bedroom ‘Paris’ gîte. We chose The Pastoral Suite which was stunning. I can honestly say that the pictures simply do not do it justice. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and luxurious with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was larger than we expected and had a fabulous roll top bath in situ. No expense has been spared to create the perfect holiday accommodation. We were very pleased to find a generous welcome pack on arrival including bread, cheese, cold meats, pickles, butter, milk and eggs with not one but two bottles of wine to enjoy. The highlight of our stay was meeting and getting to know our hosts - Annie and Danny - who have poured their heart and soul into La Maison Chaleureuse and their efforts have resulted in something really special. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us throughout our stay and we were sad when it was time to leave. We can’t recommend more highly and know we’ll be back in the future!

Central position in Riberac, 5 minutes walk into town, short drive to beautiful villages/towns. Lovely spacious accommodation, great garden and pool. Our hosts were so welcoming and couldn't do more to make our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. Annie and Dan made us so welcome from the moment we arrived.They kept us informed of local resturants, places to go and were around to give help and advice without being intrusive. The apartment was exceptional. There was everything we needed and more.The extra touches made it stand out from other places we have stopped. A bottle of fizz on arrival, a well stocked fridge and extras eas perfect. Equipment in the kitchen was like being at home and having your own washing machine was fantastic as we had been travelling ling for 10 days prior. Sitting by the pool with plenty of sunbeds and shaded seating was ideal. In the evening there was plenty of great lighting to be able to sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine late into the evening. The local boulangerie was a 5 minute walk into the town and had the best bread and pastries. A market twice a week with local produce was really good and within the town places to eat or just enjoy a coffee. Bigger supermarkets were a short drive away for more esentials. Thank you Annie and Dan for a wonderful stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and your great company.

Before my wife, daughter (22), son(16) and I even arrived Daniel was in touch to check our exact arrival times so that they could have provisions ready for us and assist in booking dinner reservations should we need them. The 5 star service continued throughout our stay. The accommodation was wonderful and the pool and outdoor settings were relaxing and beautiful. . Gorgeous property with a lovely outside area to relax around and take a dip. The pastoral suite was fully kitted out and the owners left us with baguette, butter, eggs and wine! Annie and Danny were wonderful hosts - kind, friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.
