Clean, good facilities and great location. Big room size.

The location is great, very close to the city centre.

The staff is horrible, not friendly and helpful at all, we booked the hotel because they have in the description that they have private parking but when we arrived, the parking was full and said that we had to book the parking to be sure is available. They said that we need to park to a public parking.Very arogant all the staff.

The location so close to the old town and lake were excellent especially because there was secure parking and the location itself was quiet. The room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast was great too. Must be one of the best secure parking places we have enjoyed during many visits to France! Staff were efficient and helpful.

We had booked an ‘economic’ room - which was small as expected but the bathroom was so small it was difficult to sit on the toilet !!

Get to hotel because of the roads , one ways in Annecy, was a real night mate, shame……

The bed is very comfortable! Small hotel and straightforward. The parking is just perfect as well. A quiet corner that secluded from the hassle and bustle of the old town. I could recommend this 100%

There is no exhaust in the bathroom.

The staff. They were not very friendly. When we asked about air con as some of the previous accommodation we stayed at had no air con. They remarked that they have air con and this wasn’t China. Although we are from Singapore and not from China, we would like to point out that this wasn’t unnecessary.

Room was a bit small for the high price and breakfast was not included. Staff was not unfriendly but a bit indifferent.

It's perfectly well located, loved the free tea and coffee available from 13:00 to 21:00, and the breakfast was also good

The location is 5 minutes walk from the old city. The room and hallways are fashionably decorated and clean. The breakfast had a nice spread of fruit, coffee/tea, croissants, granola, cereal, cold cuts and cheese, whole-grain bread and jams and eggs which can be boiled as you like. I especially liked that there were individual little dishes for spooning your choice of jam into. (Less cross contamination.) I also liked that there was coffee/tea available between breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.
