The building is old, the room is dark with small windows and maybe built from wood because it creaks when you walk. Also the shower cabin is small.

Dirty. Our white socks turned black within minutes. :) Poor sound insulation. We could constantly hear our neighbors and their child crying. Broken plumbing. One of the bathroom faucets has the hot and cold indicators switched. Even when set to the middle, only boiling hot water comes out.

Friendly host. We didn't meet him in person, but he left us detailed instructions on how to check in and out. Great location, close to the city center. It's located right next to a cool park where lots of people hang out and have fun. We stayed in the apartment for only one night, but it seems to have everything you need for a longer stay.

It wasn’t very clean. We found dust everywhere but the host provided immediately to clean. Another downside is the toilet portion: you need to cross one of the bedrooms to get to the toilet, a bit frustrating

Very central and cozy apartment

The apartment is located next to a very busy intersection of two roads. The main bedroom overlooks the roads and despite double glazing it is very noisy at night - all night. On the Tuesday night / Wed morning, street cleaners and rubbish collection trucks kept us awake from 0400 to 0630. However, our son's bedroom at the rear of the apartment was relatively quiet and he slept well. The lounge sofa had a cigarette burn. The parking was free in an adjacent car park (150m walk) but the parking pass that should have been in the apartment was not available, not an issue as the host said to just talk to the car park attendant to let us out, except it took 5 mins for the car park attendant to reply to us on the intercom - but we did get free parking and managed to exit the car park. One of the motorized window shutters did not work (host advised that this was being fixed). The shower leaked onto the floor and adjacent toilet.

The lounge and dining areas were tastefully decorated. The host was very responsive to all communications and the apartment was easy to find and to access. Also a very good location for walking into the old town. The apartment is also fitted with a washing machine but could be complemented with a clothes rack for drying.

Not clean upon arrival and rundown furniture

Very well located between the touristy old town and the underground parking - and it’s really cool that the parking is included. The flat is big and well equipped for a family. Our host’s communications were clear and made checking in very easy. In general, very friendly and responsive host.

The Door locks, Electrical appliances, and the bathroom furniture needs a bit of a maintanance.

Apartments Center Colmar is located very centrally in the old town of Colmar. The Public Parking was also quite nearby and spacious. The Instruction to get the keys of the Apartment were also quite clear to follow. The Apartment is wel lit and has nice interiors. The Host were available via call and was quite friendly.

Parking is free. The host gave us exact instructions in an email before arriving at the apartment. We were given a contact phone number to call if we need it. We didn't manage right away because we arrived later than planned. We called him on the phone, and he helped us very kindly. We got an extra two hours in the parking lot for free. The host was really wonderful. The location is in the city center, close to all attractions.

The apartment is really close to the center, the rooms are very comfy and it was really warm inside even the weather was really cold out there. There was a lil street noise but it is actually normal because the place is on the one of main streets. The apartment no is 3, it was not mentioned yet the instructions were fair enough to reach there. It would be much more nicer if some furnitures and house equipments are renew. So, totally i would stay at there again even though there are some negative comments 🙏🏼

Very noisy location. Very old appliances in the kitchen with only one accessible socket to use them above the sink. Superficially clean. Only managed to get one set of shutters to close out of 5. The second bedroom which we didn’t need was actually part of a hallway leading to the bathroom. If 4 people sharing, this would be awkward. Toilet seat did not have a lid. It was ok for two of us and we weren’t looking to self cater but kitchen is not suitable or practical if you want to cook.

The location was perfect and brilliant for exploring Colmar particularly as we only had a short time as we were passing through and wanted a property that was very central. I also really appreciated the free secure parking in an underground car park. I felt comfortable leaving all my luggage in the car as the car park was locked at night.
