The only inconvinience was a bathroom, which you had to enter via other sleeping room, but we knew it when we booked the appartment. The rest was great, the location is just perfect :)

Location was good. Washing machine and dryer in hallway was great to get laundry done. .

Bed was jammed into wall so only one side to get in and out Parking not close unless you got real lucky. Air con was just a cold fan thing.

Location is good, safe parking place

The building is old, the room is dark with small windows and maybe built from wood because it creaks when you walk. Also the shower cabin is small.

Friendly host. We didn't meet him in person, but he left us detailed instructions on how to check in and out. Great location, close to the city center. It's located right next to a cool park where lots of people hang out and have fun. We stayed in the apartment for only one night, but it seems to have everything you need for a longer stay.

Dirty. Our white socks turned black within minutes. :) Poor sound insulation. We could constantly hear our neighbors and their child crying. Broken plumbing. One of the bathroom faucets has the hot and cold indicators switched. Even when set to the middle, only boiling hot water comes out.

Very central and cozy apartment

It wasn’t very clean. We found dust everywhere but the host provided immediately to clean. Another downside is the toilet portion: you need to cross one of the bedrooms to get to the toilet, a bit frustrating

The lounge and dining areas were tastefully decorated. The host was very responsive to all communications and the apartment was easy to find and to access. Also a very good location for walking into the old town. The apartment is also fitted with a washing machine but could be complemented with a clothes rack for drying.

The apartment is located next to a very busy intersection of two roads. The main bedroom overlooks the roads and despite double glazing it is very noisy at night - all night. On the Tuesday night / Wed morning, street cleaners and rubbish collection trucks kept us awake from 0400 to 0630. However, our son's bedroom at the rear of the apartment was relatively quiet and he slept well. The lounge sofa had a cigarette burn. The parking was free in an adjacent car park (150m walk) but the parking pass that should have been in the apartment was not available, not an issue as the host said to just talk to the car park attendant to let us out, except it took 5 mins for the car park attendant to reply to us on the intercom - but we did get free parking and managed to exit the car park. One of the motorized window shutters did not work (host advised that this was being fixed). The shower leaked onto the floor and adjacent toilet.

Very well located between the touristy old town and the underground parking - and it’s really cool that the parking is included. The flat is big and well equipped for a family. Our host’s communications were clear and made checking in very easy. In general, very friendly and responsive host.

Not clean upon arrival and rundown furniture

Great location and beautiful apartment design, but unfortunately, the stay was ruined by the lack of cleanliness. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the bed sheets were stained, and the sofa was covered in animal hair. The beige curtains were stained black, looking like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and the furniture was filthy overall. It’s a shame, because the place has so much potential if it were properly cleaned.

Parking was convenient and as described, location is great, Apartment is a bit old and a bit worse than appears in the pictures, as most of the apartments in Colmar I guess. Unfortunately we had problem with hot water. it was solved next day. The host is friendly and was available via phone.

I liked the rooms and the spacious living room. The house was full equipped.

The staff was great,the location is very good,near the railway station and the Christmas market and it was clean and comfortable
