Great location- proximity to grotto and Basilica and Museum. Breakfast was enjoyable with options.

The family accommodation was not the best for four adults. Conversion of sofa into double bed too close to entry door.

The staff are very helpful and go the extra Mile to help and make you comfortable. They do everything to make it exceed your expectations

The hotel is a bit dated needs being refreshed. The cutlery is spread out all day and with the heat flies sit on it thus should be put out only when customers are seated at the table The breakfast is also taken out and laid on each table a croissant and bread covered with a tissue this can be brought out when the guests come for breakfast

It is a family owned hotel so the owner showed us with care. We arrived after 10pm and when he knows we were hungry, Mimo was so happy to serve us at the Hôtel restaurant and they cooked delicious Italian foods. The hotel is clean which is very important to us with aircon.

With the price we paid we already feel lucky.

The location was brilliant with the private parking so handy. Great staff, super clean, great breakfast, super value

It was impossible to sleep in room 202 - we rang switch at 0 twice but nobody on duty. The hotel is an old building/slightly dated but very well kept and really clean. There was an ancient air conditioning unit in the room over the door but it didn’t work, it’s like it didn’t have the power to blow anything - plus even if it did it wasn’t enough for other bed area - the room was unreal hot, we were dripping sweat, it was like a sauna and impossible to sleep. Also the sofa bed was very unsuitable for two as if one person moved it was like the other person was in a trampoline. We opened balcony door but the outside noise of traffic and the hot air outside didn’t help.

Location was excellent, so central. On check in the lady was very kind and welcoming. The room was available earlier than expected. We were allowed a car space at short notice which was great.
