All was good, the only downside was the vanity (sink); it had a spot of toothpaste on it (perhaps left unseen by the housekeeper).

Perfect location. Walking distance, near Effel tower, arc and palais des congres. Near the Victor Hugo Metro , nice restaurants are situated. Room with a safe deposit inside. Every day complimentary water bottle

I am not sure how much price is the right price in Paris, but feel a bit expensive.

The pillows were too firm for me as was the bed. The breakfast buffet area was very small and on our first visit, the "hot food" was very poor.

My partner and I have previously stayed here. It is important to stay in a central position within Paris, walking distance to the Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and a short Uber journey to the Louvre. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a lovely balcony, although the weather was too cold to sit outside in the shade. Morning 3, the breakfast had improved very much.

No issues at all

Lovely friendly staff. We asked to change rooms as we had a double room and it was very small so asked for a twin room which was bigger. Staff very helpful.

Like in most hotels in Paris, the space is somehow limited. But, for one person with only a small suitcase or backpack, it's OK.

The bed was confortable, it was one of the very few hotels that had really made an effort to reduce noise from neighboring rooms, I liked the fact that I could open the windows. There was also a kettle and some coffee and tea. The location was also good, close to places with bars and restaurants but to supermarkets as well. There is a bus line just around the corner and the metro station is not far away. All in all, a hotel which can satisfy various needs. And the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The heating was hard to control. Too hot or too cold. Breakfast was so so. Pastry seemed day old and not much fresh fruit. Coffee was good. Service a bit inconsistent. Brought a water bottle only some days and not all. Lighting in bathroom poor for make up and that hair dryer was from the 70s. Time to get a good one installed that will actually dry hair.

Location was around the corner from where family was staying so perfect spot.

The hotel was situated perfectly, it is just a little off the main roads so is more quiet yet in walking distance to all the amenities. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times, it was very comfortable in all the areas that it offered and we will definitely stay here again. There are some great restaurants within minutes walk away.
