Nothing to improve on

The house was beautiful and was located in a quiet cul-de-sac. My room was a good size and the bed was VERY comfortable. It was a 5 minute drive to get to either a restaurant or what I opted for, a pizza truck (great pizza). There were other guests staying in the house but you would not have known as everyone was so quiet. A very enjoyable stay which was mainly a stopover on a longer journey.

Le panorama is a place to spend some nights. The owners make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make the stay comfortable. The room and shared bathroom were clean and very well equipped. There is a small shared fridge and you can order breakfast. The place is quite with great views. We would be very happy to come back!

the key was easy to collect at night. the room was just fabulous. the bed was massive and cosy. it had lots of cushions and a large fluffy blanket along with the duvet. the room and bathroom were spotless. we had a tv and a charger that worked for our foreign plug. The hosts were extremely kind and open. my friend’s review: nice people, great hosts, amazing decor in a beautiful, cosy home. welcoming and considerate hosts.

the room doors are quite thin and the occupants of the other rooms can disturb you or be disturbed by you. Not a problem if your family is the one occupying. But a lack of privacy was felt.

Beautiful big room in a very quiet area just some 15-20 minutes from Geneva. The hosts are warm and welcoming. I did enjoy the staying. It is an excellent place to come with the family and enjoy the surroundings.

The room was very nice, big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is shared but it is very clean and spacious. The whole house and surroundings are very beautiful. There is enough space to park more cars. We arrived pretty late and left in the morning so we didn't talk much with the hosts but they seem very nice and friendly. They have a small dog that is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are noisy, so you wake up as soon as somebody wakes up (unless you are an excellent sleeper). In our case, this was around 6:30 each day. I don't wake up at 6:30 like ever, not even on work days, so it was definitely not great on holiday. But this was not the biggest issue. This happens at other places too. My biggest problem is the behavior of the hosts. The listing says this place is pet friendly, but it turns out they only accept dogs under 5kg. They were nice, made an exception, and hosted us (with 7kg and 12kg dogs) for an extra fee. They never mentioned I have to pay this at the arrival. So, as always, on the day of the departure, we started moving our things to the car so that once the room is empty, we can give them the fee and the key. When I was leaving the house with a dog in my hands, the lady was running after me yelling, "Excuse meee." I told her that one second, I put the dog down and will come back. So I put the dog in the car, went back, I thought to say goodbye, thank them for the room etc but as I entered the house she was like give us the money. Not even bothered to ask how was the stay or wait until I could say a word, just like that, give us the money. This was a very bad experience. Unprofessional. And humiliating, as if they thought I'm going to sneak out without saying goodbye and with their 25EUR. I'm not sure why they felt like this treatment was needed or deserved, but it was awful. Very awful. I went out, counted to 10, walked the dogs, then went back and talked to the guy a few words, thanked him for the room, and he wished us a good trip. I have to mention this was after they got their money so I'm not sure if there is such a big difference between the behavior of the 2 hosts or if it was different, because they did not think of me as a thief anymore.

Hosts were very nice at the arrival (but unfortunately, this changed. See below). They even sent a very long list of restaurants and places to visit around. Their dogs are cute.
