Regarding the mention of “basic cleaning”, we believe there may have been a small misunderstanding. The room includes a private washroom and is furnished with a bed, table, and sofa. The cleaning covers all these elements, including the floor and windows, to ensure a comfortable and welcoming space. Perhaps you were referring to basic equipment rather than cleaning — in which case we would be happy to take that into account for future improvements. As for breakfast, we are glad you noted the freshness of the food. While it may not be extravagant, it reflects a traditional French breakfast — all selected with care. Lastly, we understand that expectations can vary, yet we always strive to offer a warm and authentic experience, and we hope that despite some differences in perception, you were able to enjoy your stay--because 'kindness is really valued here'.

Thank for your message. Please be informed that 'We would like to reply a comment that is inconsistant', based on the conversations exchanged between us through Booking. In other words, the conversations are trackable for the coming 3 years. First, it is common that the resautrent will be closed if their guests are arriving just before the midnight. As a consequence of which, it is not suggested to send our guests out to looking for restaurents just before midnight; Second, you have been kindly asked whether everything was fine, and we had a positive answer after you had a brief 'check up' of your room. As a consequence of which, it is difficult to understand the word used in your comments 'immediately saw ...'. For a conclusion, based on the exchanges between us, we noted the real history as follow: you had used the toilet bross to clean your shoes, which causes the yellow fin sables (not organic residues ) left in the toilet and the floor of the bath room. Our helper cleaned the floor using both dry and wet broom shaped tools after each check out. Based on this fact, it is impossible that the sables left on the floor and toilet come from the previous guests. In deed, our helper had spend around 1 hour and half for the family room to keep it tidy. If it were not perfect, it is difficult believing the word 'very dirty'. Yet, we understand and accept as well, that human tend to exaggerate their feelings, in particular, their negative emotions through different methods, stories or approaches. Of course, not everyone tend to do so. Have a good day!
