It took some time to get used to the floor not being level — it’s in an old building, but the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are less effected. I wished for a hook on the back of the bathroom door — it would have been handy. And the placement of the bed next to the wall meant that someone had to crawl in from the foot of the bed. Fortunately, it was a nice, comfortable bed. I didn’t notice any air conditioning, but we were nice and warm during our Christmas visit.

Great location: convenient to the RER for direct access to Paris and to the shops and restaurants in St. Germain en Laye itself. Spacious enough and with sufficient privacy for two adults, with a small, but efficient kitchen. Up only one flight of gentle stairs, easy to manage even with groceries. Really liked the walk-in closet in the bedroom—all of our clothes and suitcases could be stored which made the rest of the room seem bigger.

    Not that much bad point.

I could communicate with owner very smoothly. When Wi-Fi did not work, owner came quickly and fixed it. Really appreciate their support.

Worst hosts I've ever had. No interests in guests' health at all

Wei&Pei are the worst hosts I've ever had. They have no interests in their guests' health at all. They didn't provide heating, although their facility list states heating. Consequently, I caught a bad cold, which ruined my health, holiday and other plans even after holiday. On my arrival, Pei didn't even try to explain anything, didn't even try to come into the appartment, and just tried to leave immediately. I just about managed to ask how to turn the heating on, but she didn't tell me. Instead, she insisted I wouldn't need it, repeating the week would be warm, etc. I knew it would be warmer than average during daytime later in the week, but it would still be cold at night especially on the 1st night. It was already end-September. She shouldn't have told me if I'd need it or not. I was the one staying there, not her. She made me feel really awkward to ask any further about the heating. (Wei, whom I spoke to later, was the same.) It was freezing later at night. I had to use a hairdryer to make me feel a bit warmer. Consequently, I couldn't sleep much, had a sore throat in the morning, and my cold got worse (I only managed to used the heating on later date after complaining, but it was too late). I could hardly do what I had planned during my stay; My cold's got worse with persisting cough. I have to cancel everything for the next few days at least, or weeks. I chose this place as the website says it has heating. But it was a lie, as they didn't provide it. Since I tend to feel cold, and if I feel cold for long, I can catch a cold, I wouldn't have chosen this place if I had known I would't be able to use the heating. I don't normally write bad reviews. I previously stayed in other apartments in France and UK. All other hosts were very nice.
