It was a wonderful trip and a wonderful place! I am glad that the apartment was available on the date of my arrival. Clean apartments, just a great view and a wonderful host! I really want to come back again.

Our stay coincided with a heatwave, and there is no air conditioning in the flat, only a fan. If you get normal weather, the fan is more than enough though!

The view is spectacular, the location is great too - only 5 min walk to the beach. The flat had everything we needed and Jean Philippe is a great host, he was very helpful throughout.

The apartment itself needs some love and care as there were a few things missing and the bathroom is very dated. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of appliances. But none of that seems to matter because of the amazing view.

The view is so incredibly beautiful that you would love to be there every day. Waking up with the sunrise every morning was like a gift from heaven. The apartment is in a great area, very close to Monaco and the beach.

I was completely disappointed that there was no shower head holder on the wall. I saw it on the pictures , but it was broken and now you have to be tricky to wash yourself . For me it’s important to have a possibility to take a shower . And I felt like I was camping . The apartment didn’t see any renovation for years . The bathroom and the kitchen are shabby . And there is the feeling that you are visiting smb’s apartment.

The pearl of the apartment is the view! That’s what you are really paying for . The apartment in specious . There is a private parking . Very close to Monaco , you can go by foot . The beach is right under the building .

Our host, Jean Philippe was very friendly and accomodating. He provided us with the directions to the property and informed us about the area. He also helped navigate to the stade louis stadium. Very cordial. The place was beautiful and had a stunning view.

Wish it felt more like an Airbnb rather than staying at someone's house. i.e. no family photos, white bedsheets etc. Keep in mind you must message 45 mins before to meet on the property for the key

The views from this property are amazing. Monaco is very expensive so this apartment right on the border is a great option. The secure parking is a plus too. The bed was very comfortable and you can lye and look out at the sea. Jean the owner greeted us and gave us instructions which was very helpful.

I liked the location and the excellent view. from the room and the living room you can see the beautiful view and hear the sea. At the back, the kitchen and bathroom you can see a beautiful old house with its gardens. The owner, who received us and gave us the keys, was also excellent. We were glad to meet him. we felt so beautiful and comfortable as if we were in our own cottage.

Lack of air con and no shower head holder.

All i can say is wow the views are amazing.... Jean the owner was in contact on the day of arrival via text and was waiting for us on confirmed time. We arrived by car and parked on the street initially but to our surprise we had a reserved space/ garage accessible which was super handy. There are a few flights of stairs but also a lift. Jean was really welcoming, he showed us to the apartment and was super helpful and nice, showing us all the amenities and how to use etc. Fresh coffee machine and coffee, nice touch, all essentials were available too. Felt like a home and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The views are beautiful and could watch the sun rise from the bed. No air conditioning although a fan in the bedroom although we slept with the doors open. Stunning weather and literally 5 mins drive into Monaco. Short walk to the beach and beautiful food on the beach restaurants. So relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The only single negative is that the shower could do with a bracket on the wall but that is literally the only small thing I could say as the rest for us was perfect!

Incredible views from the apartment and great location with secure parking and garage! The apartment itself was beautiful and I really feel like for what you're getting (parking, location, lovely apartment, views) it is an amazing deal. The owner was so lovely and accommodating of our early arrival. Bus links into Monaco and back are good or it's a pretty 30 minute walk (be prepared for the stairs at the end on the way home though!)

Parking is not the most convenient, you have to climb many stairs (it’s difficult especially if you are carrying heavy luggages) and when you left the building, after you pick up your car, you have to return to property to return keys. Some neighbours smoke at balcony so you could smell smoke sometimes.

The view is stunning, host is very kind, the flat is very cosy, you feel like home. Very clean, bed is very comfy.

It is difficult to get a taxi but there is a bus service past the door.

Bed was really comfy, host was extremely kind and done his best to help us with everything! The view from the balcony is AMAZING and you can also see it from the bedroom + living room. Really good pricing and apartment was good! I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

Great location close to the boarder between Monaco and Cap D’Ail. 150 angle view over the Mediterran. 12 sqm terrasse. Parking included. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely perfect place.
