The spa is for extra cost, which I was not aware of. The sauna did not work, which was a major disappointment as I love sauna and it was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. The location is good for those travelling via nearby airport but for me it wasn't optimal as I came by car and getting to the city was a bit cumbersome. The shower was missing the door and the hotel was in general a bit worn down.

Nice Spa area with a big pool and sauna (which unfortunately did not work), underground parking, big room with a kitchenette. A good sound insulation from outside noises. Friendly and helpful staff. The village around has a nearby grocery store and plenty of small restaurants to enjoy food and drinks outside the hotel.

The front desk staff, …….on three separate interactions with the front desk the staff were totally unaware and indifferent about service, the young man who checked me in was either severely sleep deprived or under the influence, struggling with the concept of service, repeatedly asked the same questions, another customer waiting to be served, interrupted and asked him a question without any answer she left, he then repeated the question and asked why I would ask that , I explained that was another customer and he looked at me in disbelief….., over the course of my stay while waiting for the shuttle bus , I observed terrible service and interactions with customers, there was one nice young lady at checkout, I must point out that the staff and service in other areas was excellent

The rooms were dingy, the door to the balcony was broken, they advertise a shuttle to the airport but don’t mention that it’s an additional cost of $7/person. The advertise a pool and don’t mention you have to pay extra to swim in it. They would lend us a converter but would charge us $10 for one…

There are a few areas for improvement. The decor feels a bit dated, and some parts of the hotel (like hallway carpets or bathroom fixtures) could use a refresh. The location is one of its biggest assets—just a short drive from the airport, and within walking distance to Aéroville shopping center. Had to pay €10 per adult and €5 per child to use the pool on top of room rate and additional tourist tax payable at hotel per adult ! Toilet seat broken in room , sink was leaking and rooms could do with a refurb and update ! Staff were rushed at check in and keen to take deposits but gave no info about anything related to our stay before they rushed off to check in a coach load of pilot / air hostesses.

I paid for parking, what i found out is that parking is free of charge only indoor parking is paid so i paid for nothing and there was no reimbursement. Also i found mold in the bathtoom

Unfortunately, even though it has a cute little kitchen and the means to make tea or coffee, there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery. My sister's room didn't have any cups, and I had no teaspoons.

Decorated to a high standard, this hotel is great for those travelling for business. It's clean, have a lot to offer and the staff was kind and helpful.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the pool, only to discover when we got there that the use of the pool required an extra fee. Also, one of our rooms didn’t have a toilet seat, not at all uncommon in public restrooms in France, but I would expect that in a hotel bathroom.

I really liked that this hotel had options for three single beds in a room. I also always love it when the toilet and the bathroom are separate.

Only the problem at check-in which meant I had to make 3 trips back to reception before everything was sorted and I could relax and enjoy the facilities.

Had a problem when we got our rooms initially as 1 of them wasn't cleaned properly but the girl on reception sorted out the problem for us, even arranging house keeping to change the bed configuration in the new room for us to suit our family needs. Great location for getting to the airport for our flight home the next day. A few restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance. Didn't use the kitchenette as only stayed the 1 night but nice having a fridge to have cold drinks. We parked out on the road outside the hotel which was free. Rooms were very spacious with balconies and beds were comfortable 😊

The air conditioning did not work and was only fixed at 3 a. m. The next morning it was turned off round 10 o’clock. We booked this hotel due to the fact the room has air conditioning. Also there aren’t enough staff at the reception and we waited half an hour before we could register. The same long wait in check out.

As we had distrusted sleep because the air conditioning was broken, we asked for a late checkout and were given. They held our suitcases after we checked out.

For a Clarion it was a bit rundown. The toilet in my room was broken and it took me several calls and a visit to the front desk to finally get it serviced. Two separate technicians had to come and finally get it fixed. The restaurant and room service were way overpriced, but that is to be expected when you’re at a hotel i suppose.

Location was perfect for my need to stay close to the airport. I liked that all the rooms had a balcony. The room was spacious and air-conditioned.

Note: shuttle to airport costs per person. Only a few euros more will get a couple there and right to your terminal. Restaurant way overpriced and not great. Better to walk 5 minutes into the village and eat dinner there!

When we were told a room booking was cancelled. We were forced to pay for another room. Agoda has been trying to contact your front desk since Tuesday so we can get a refund. They say you don't answer. We were extremely inconvenienced We paid you 250E you said it would be paid in 48 hrs it's four days later and Agoda can still not contact you so we can get a refund off them. You did provide a cancellation document please contact Agoda. We cannot give you a good review until some satisfaction happens.

Spa needs some upgrading/renovating. There was no designated changing room in the spa and no way to lock the door to change clothes.

Very nice and friendly staff. Nice spacious room, good breakfast and a small spa area with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
