“Lovely cottage that was within easy (5 minute walk) of the town centre. It was very quiet whilst we were there but it maybe a little noisier when there is a football match on as the club is on the same road but don’t let that put you off. A great location for touring the area. The garden was a nice place to sit in and enjoy the afternoon sun.”

“On my LEJOG route, I had a wonderful stay here. The house was spotless, comfortable, and easy to find, with a really homely feel. Sandra couldn’t have been more welcoming – nothing was too much trouble. She provided safe storage for my bike and, knowing I had to leave early, kindly made me a packed lunch as I’d be missing breakfast. A perfect stop for anyone travelling through Dingwall – I’d highly recommend.”

“Very convenient - just a few minutes’ walk from the station. Friendly welcome, with helpful advice about eating out. Comfortable room with all I would expect and more (a measure of malt whisky to welcome me). Wonderful breakfast (bacon, sausage, black pudding, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans, hash brown…I don’t think I’ve missed anything!), served early so I could catch the early train.”
