“The view from our room to the monument and castle was stunning. Jim the owner was so friendly and nothing was too much. We liked it so much we extended our stay an extra night and Jack sorted that in the morning another great friendly member of the team. Lots of little pubs and places to eat on the same street, everything in walking distance. Jim recommended the italian across the road and it didn’t disappoint. close to queensferry and the falkirk wheel/kelpies. Beautiful lake at the castle and beautiful little scottish touches not only in the hotel some beautiful shops just down the street. As a new hotel do not worry, The owner owns another hotel just down the road and this is for extra rooms. Stunning hidden Gem. Will definitely go back.”

“We needed somewhere to stay during the Edinburgh fringe and this location was perfect to commute from, and such an incredible area in it self. Staff were super friendly and all and all a fantastic stay.”
