“The gentleman that looked after us, David was so lovely. He greeted us with warmth and was so helpful.
The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. Food was lush, we had evening meal and breakfast, David tended to all our requests.
Would definitely go back.”
“Very spacious, comfortable and well appointed room. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.”
“Affordable price, interesting design, location is great, the host is a kind man.”
“Absolutely loved being here for a few days, it was very nice to spend some quality time with my partner in the middle of the quiet countryside. I would definitely go back again.”
“Comfortable”
“Room was large bigger than expected. Breakfast was good.”
“Nice friendly place, very accommodating. Lovely evening meal”
“Location was scenic and Isolated with fantastic views of farmland and the Welsh hills.”
“The house very clean”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfasts and dinners were exceptional and I was made to feel very welcome by both the staff and the pub patrons. Following a recent refurbishment, the room was extremely comfortable and far better than I expected from a pub B&B, certainly up to the quality of expensive hotels I've stayed in previously. As a solo traveller, I was made very welcome, which has sadly not been the case during some stays elsewhere. I thoroughly recommend The Slater's Arms!”
